Add Social Media to GLM Organization Info
I would love to see fields for social media handles (facebook, twitter, instagram) added to the "Organization Info" to GLM and Csuite. This information is very useful to our marketing and storytelling work.
Currently, we have these fields in our Grant Agreement form in GLM, but unfortunately this means the grantees have to submit this duplicate information for each grant request. Since this information remains mostly static, it would be great if the organizations could simply submit this information once, and store this information with the organization's profile, instead of in each individual request.

Primary Contact Batch Email
It would be great to have the primary contact listed under Batch Options to send emails to the primary contact as well as the applicant. Two separate groups-we send reminder "grant agreement due emails" to the primary contact who will be signing the grant agreement. We do not send it to the applicant.

Eligibility-minimize rules for easy scrolling.
In the eligibility section on the UA, it would be helpful if we could minimize each rule group so that we can easily find the rule group that needs work. Some of our scholarships have a lot of rules, so a minimize feature would be great. An alphabetize feature would be helpful too.

Ability to clear or reset evaluation forms
Evaluators should be able to clear/reset an answer on a ranking question if they accidentally answer a question they didn't intend to. Also, this would make it possible to entirely eliminate an evaluator if something happens and they quit evaluating partway through a process.

Print which Evaluation at top left of Eval Packet
I called support about this in October 2021, and Dustin Wham was able to get this taken care of for me. Maybe others would like this as well. Support ticket 10383

Messages
Can we have reply's from emails we've sent from Foundant return to the Administrator (or user) that sent it in a "Messages" portal in our account?
As a company administrator, it's hard for us to track communications if the only message tracked in Foundant is the initial email that we sent. All replies (from the grantee) and staff responses are in their personal email accounts and this can be troublesome for maintaining proper file retention policies.

Copying final reports between processes
Allow for applicants to copy final reports that were submitted in other processes.

Hide selected follow ups in a process
There are times when I need to create a new version of a follow up form in an active process. I may have used it for some requests, but want to use the new one instead. I am unable to remove a follow up form from a process once it has been used, but I would like to not have it cluttering up my options when I'm assigning follow ups.

Alert when auto email not set for a form
For about 80% of grants that go through a process, I have auto emails set for when a follow up is assigned. The remaining 20% have various exceptions and need more custom-type emails, though I can typically still use templates for them, but need to select the appropriate one for the situation. Sometimes I'll turn off auto emails and forget that I've done that, then assign a follow up assuming an email has been sent. It would be helpful if at the time follow ups are assigned there could be some sort of indicator of whether auto emails To Applicant…

Process Manager (Sort A-Z)
In the Process Manager, add the ability to sort the process’s names from A-Z to easily find a process. Right now, you have to browse until you find what you're looking for. Having the ability to work faster. Thanks!

Hardcode an additional clickable hyperlink on the Org Summary page
Currently, the only clickable hyperlink hardcoded on the Org Summary page is the "Website" field. Our foundation would like to request that there be an additional clickable hyperlink field hardcoded on the Org Summary page. This will increase efficiency by eliminating the extra step in having to click the "Globe" icon to navigate to a link.

Assign Evaluators by Group
It would be awesome if you could create an Evaluator Group that could be assigned to each application with one click instead of clicking each individual evaluator. Not only would it save time, it would minimize the risk of inadvertently leaving one off of an application.

Scroll through submitted applications
Would love to be able to scroll through, as an admin, all submitted applications. We use CSuite to sync our donor advised funds to the GLM and use pre-approval/submitted in our sync, to allow us to keep the application private and assign to evaluators for approval.

Email Contacts/Groups
When sending an email it would be extremely helpful to have the user contacts and groups that are already in system to choose from from the TO button like you do in outlook rather than having to find and type them.

Duplicate Org Search/Merge Help
When doing a duplicate organization search/merge, it would be extremely helpful to have the last login date with the other basic info on the list of organizations. Right now you are just seeing two identical listings for the same organization with no way to tell which one is the newer/more up to date one without completely interrupting the process of what you are doing when you are choosing which organization is primary.

Merge Duplicate Report Fields
It would be great if there were a button to automatically merge duplicate fields in a report. This would be particularly useful for identical fields for different reports that are not connected by coding on the back end.

List of all scholarship opportunities for Evaluators
Our scholarship committee is reading for over 50 scholarships offered by our community foundation, and sometimes they need to look up what the eligibility/criteria are for those scholarships. Is there no way evaluators can access that on the GLM? Even just the short description that is listed on the Universe Opportunities tab?

1/2 scores on evaluations?
Is there any way the evaluations can be scored with a .5 after each number? 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, etc.? Our scholarship committee thinks it would help them when they are unsure of whether the student deserves say, a 4 or a 5.
