Packet File Names include Organization Name and Project Name
When you download a packet, the system defaults to including the Project Name+"Packet".
In my downloaded file backups, I manually add the Organization Names to the beginning of each of these, and the word, "Application."
Please make it so the file name is:
"Organization Name+Project Name+Form Name/Type"29 votes -
Allow multiple users in same org to work together on forms
Sometimes the applicant is either not the person or the only person that would need to access the follow-up form (report). It would be great to be able to let the assignee delegate the assigned follow-up to another contact in their organization or that more than one person be able to access the form. Same for the application. Allow multiple users within that request to edit and access the application and applicable forms.

Follow up
It would be amazing if applicants could access/edit follow up forms regardless of their due date. This would allow them to access multiple follow ups at one time, even if there were different due dates for each follow up.

Collaborator Field
It would be helpful for administrators to have a field (in the request summary or somewhere else) so they can see if there are collaborators in a request.

Formatting in question reponses
It would be very helpful for us if applicants/evaluators when completing forms could format their text (i.e. bold, underline, add lists, etc.) this would help clean up the responses we received. It wouldn't need to show up in the reports, just for when we view the form.

Change Color of Administrator Comments
It would be really helpful if the color of Administrator Comments could be changed from grey. I know it changes to blue when you make it visible to an Applicant, which makes it so much easier to see. But the Admin Comment stays grey and I find myself skipping over comments because they do not stick out.

Delay Access to 1st Assigned Follow Up until Grant Status is APPROVED.
We need to assign reporting dates/payment dates in the system at least two weeks prior to our board approval in order to generate our grant letters. Currently, when we do this, we have the option to set a time period in settings to say, 14 days later before the grantee sees the grant as approved - it shows as UNDECIDED until those 14 days are up, even though the grantee can see the follow ups. That's great, but grantees are now logging in and completing the 1st follow up (for us the grant terms acceptance), even though the grant is…

Batch Print Individual PDF Uploads
If the batch print pdf application is possible I would love to be able to batch print individual uploads. Currently I have 4 processes open where I need to extract the uploaded project budget from every application which is a bit time consuming. Thanks!

one user needs to have access to multiple organizations
We have 1 user who needs access to multiple organizations. Our archdiocese has one person who is now going to monitor multiple departments. We have the departments set up as individual organizations because they run independently. This has also been an issue with grant writers that write for multiple applicants. I know you have talked about this but now we have an immediate need for it!

Student ID from SLM to CSuite
It would make the scholarship process go a lot more quickly and efficiently if the Student's ID and University synced to CSuite for payment.

Option to 'hide' old requests
I'd love an option to hide old requests from the applicants when they go to log in - sometimes we have applicants with so many old requests/LOIs that their dashboard is too confusing to look at. I'd still like to be able to see all old requests on our end, but our applicants don't always need to see every abandoned LOI in their organizational history.

Metrics Dashboard---While I love the addition to the dashboard and all its new features. My organization does not run on a calendar year, as the dashboards are currently set to. I would like to see a date range filter (such as one within the reporting) so I can filter to match the fy we run in.

Scholarship Fund Information synced from CSuite
We would currently love if SLM could be synced to CSuite in a way that we could pull Scholarship Fund information into forms and merge templates. i.e. Scholarship Name, Scholarship Description, etc. Or at least have the ability to store scholarship fund information with SLM.
18 votes01/03/2024: Scholarships: Created a new endpoint for SLM integrated sites to allow for Scholarship Ids to be displayed in SLM. This will allow the CSuite Scholarships to display in SLM as a list. Any updates to scholarship names, new scholarships, or removed scholarships in CSuite will be updated in SLM. This will allow SLM users to set the CSuite Scholarship id on the scholarship opportunity before syncing to CSuite. If the Scholarship award is linked with a Scholarship selected from SLM, CSuite users will not have to Set Scholarship for the awards. Once the scholarship is synced, CSuite becomes the system of record.

Drag and drop documents to request documents instead of just going through the path

Candid Demographics/DEI integration
I would like to add the demographics / DEI questions directly from CANDID/Guidestar to the application or or summary. Would love to pull in the questions and answers so they show up in the application, instead of on the charity check. This way we can more easily run a report and track the diversity of our grantees.

Automatic Reminder Emails for Follow-up Reports and Applications
I would also love to be able to customize the 14 day submission reminder, or at least add another reminder 2 or 3 days prior to due date. And it would be fantastic if I could also do this with applications as well as follow-up forms.
16 votesWith our February 2024 release you can created automated emails for applications in draft. To edit the timeframe for this email and follow up you may do this through settings.
This current implementation only allows for one reminder but we are continue to iterate on this functionality, and encourage that if you would like to be able to set multiple reminders please like this idea to keep up todate: https://idealab.foundant.com/forums/339786/suggestions/42009139

retain search list
It would save several clicks if the search was retained, and could be accessed by clicking the back arrow after selecting an item from the search. It would be even better if you place in the list was retained and you were automatically returned to that position.

Make it more obvious where to click to complete an evaluation
Currently, from an evaluator's dashboard, an evaluator is supposed to click on a red exclamation point fill out an evaluation. This is not intuitive, and while we have included step by step instructions for our evaluators, it's an on-going issue. Can't this be more obvious, like "Click here to evaluate" or a yellow "Evaluate" button that turns green when they have completed it? Red means stop and exclamation points are alarming. (Same would apply to the scholarships module.)
