  1. I would like to be able to customize the Metrics Dashboard. It would be helpful for me to see overdue installments on the dashboard. We often have grantees who forget to invoice us for their next grant installment, and it would be helpful to be able to keep track of them on the Metrics Dashboard.

  3. From the document viewer, it is possible to download each file individually. It would be so helpful if there is a way to batch download ALL of the files that were uploaded in any particular application.

  4. This ties into the universal application and applicant experience!

    In SLM I would love the ability to delay auto emails by x number of days. We are processing scholarship recipients through SLM right now as our standing committee has just come to a close. However, what we have found clunky is that we use applicant ID's for blind review to align with our DEI initiative, and in turn, need a smooth way to turn those back into names.

  5. I know when I copy a process all the form fields sync, but I'd love it if that would happen when a form is added across processes. I've recently added several new follow up forms across all processes, and it's making my reporting life a nightmare.

  6. We do post-grant evaluation and would love to be able to use follow-up for admin purpose. For example, create a form to document oral reporting conversations with grantees.

    We would like to be able to assign the follow-up to an admin and keep the form visible internally only.

    That would allow us to create databses to search through and report on the information gathered through oral reporting.

  7. We carry information on our Approval form that is relevant to payments. I would guess this is true for many of your users. I'd like the ability to add a column from our Approval form to the Payment Tracking list; specifically, the agreement type - we need to know if a grant was made under expenditure responsibility before making a payment. We can go look, but it would help prevent errors in our process if the information was right there.

  8. When I try to look at 990s through GLM, often the most recent available returns are from 2017-2019, which are not much use in 2023. Going to GuideStar for the same organizations, more recent returns are available. Why is GLM out of date and when will you fix it?

  9. I have a large number of email templates, so must frequently search for the one I need. Sometimes there's a keyword that I'm looking for that's in the body of the template, rather than in the Subject or Template Name. I would like for the Quick Search at the top of the Email Template page to search in the body of the template, as well as the Template Name and Subject.

  10. I recently had a 990 come in that appeared blank in the document viewer but filled in if downloaded. Support said it was because document viewer doesn't support fillable PDFs. That would be a nice QOL improvement.

  11. We use the comment section a lot and would love to see a few new options :

    • Tab indication when there is a comment (the option is present in the request window, but not in the organization window). We use comments to communicate information on a file between colleagues and the number indicated on the tab makes it easily apparent that there is a comment to take into account.

    • Ability to share comments with applicants : It would be useful to be able to make a comment visible to applicants (for example, to explain why a request was abandoned by…

  12. As an admin I want to prohibit an applicant user from editing their user name. When a nonprofit has an employee transition, sometime the old employee will share with the new employee their GLM log in info. The new employee then goes in and edits the account name to be their own rather than making their own user account. This messes of the historic record of the old employee. It would be great to have the ability to control what a user can edit on the user reg form just like an admin can control what org registration info can…

  14. As previously mentioned, a search function for process forms to copy. Further, I would like to be able to copy several "copies" of a form at a time. It is cumbersome to search, select, copy a form numerous times. Especially for grants with several years of reporting requirements. Example: a land donation with 10 years of reporting history assigned.

  15. As a new UA user, I love that we can test eligibility rules. It would be nice if this function could be expanded and allow for a full testing of the application. Besides seeing what opportunities are available, having another button to click on next to the approved (green) opportunities that show what supplemental questions exist for those opportunities would be great. This would eliminate having to create 'testing' applicants to ensure the complete opportunity is fully in place. Maybe keep the 'eye' symbol next to opportunities that are green, that when clicked, show the supplemental questions.

  16. We have had multiple awards being cancelled/terminated post-decision but "cancelled" or "terminated" status does not currently exist in Foundant. As a result, we need to track the cancelled/terminated grants offline (which is prone to errors, time consuming, etc.) when we report/reconcile the # of grants/amount awarded. Having these statuses would enable us to run a report with status filters to identify quickly and accurately what transpired within a given process or across multiple processes to better manage our reporting/reconciliation.   17. Is there a way to update the tally number for references when the reference is added by the administrator. We have a known issue with reference emails from our Scholarship applicants not going through to the recipient and we have to end up adding them on our end which does not reflect in the number shown in the application.
