Option to 'hide' old requests
I'd love an option to hide old requests from the applicants when they go to log in - sometimes we have applicants with so many old requests/LOIs that their dashboard is too confusing to look at. I'd still like to be able to see all old requests on our end, but our applicants don't always need to see every abandoned LOI in their organizational history.

I am in-between grant rounds right now, but the grantees are starting to log in for the fall grant round and so far they are loving this new feature. Thank you for listening!

I think the new tabbed dashboard is perfect, no need to completely remove. Still having access keeps our applicants comfortable with the change. (And I have also gotten thrilled responses from users.)

Hi Sammie,
Three of our "frequent flyer" applicants about jumped through the phone to hug me when I called and told them this was implemented, I had it turned on as soon as I heard you share it in a recent webinar. They absolutely love this update. Thank you!

A number of our applicants apply for multiple (dozens) of grants per year. They have asked if there is any way for them to have the ability for Applicants to "archive" closed or abandoned requests/applications that are closed so they no longer appear on their dashboard. They would like to eliminate or be able to filter out the grants that they no longer have any follow ups required to complete and have less to scroll through. Or they have asked if they could have a Search field so they could search for their project name.

We had this discussion at our local user group just last week. We thought it would be great if anything that had been marked Approved could be moved to a separate box on the screen so that it would be easy to distinguish those that were pending from those that were completed.

This is exactly why I logged in to the idea lab today! I have grantees that use the same program name every year and it gets very confusing to find the correct one.
