Follow Up Form -- Default Assignment
It would be great if there was a way to set a default for Follow Up Form assignees. While it is easy to use the drop down to select between users on the assignment page, it would be nice to have the additional safeguard of default assignments. For example, I know that I always assign progress reports to the grantee and always assign audits to an internal member of our team. It would be great to set those as default so that I don't accidentally assign the audit form (which I do NOT want the grantee to see) to the grant recipient. Of course we could still use the drop down to select the user if we want to change it. However, the defaults would save a step and be an additional safeguard. Thanks for your consideration.

Agree! I have assigned an internal form to a grantee by mistake. That was an interesting conversation.
