Make Top/Bottom buttons on all views, regardless of how we get to the view.
I love the Top/Bottom buttons when I am reviewing applications from the Submitted folder. It would be great go have these buttons even when I click into the application from the project itself.

delete a single evaluation after completion
We recently had an evaluator recuse herself of evaluating 2 of our applicants due to conflicts of interest. She wasn't sure how to get those organizations to stop showing up on her list, so she just blindly marked "zeros" across all lines of both applications. This messed up the percentages, but I was informed that it was not possible to remove an evaluation after it had been completed. The entire application had to be reset to the "application complete" stage and all the other evaluations were deleted and had to be redone. This was very frustrating and I believe unnecessary.…

Top Next Bottom Buttons on Application Views
Please put the Top Next Bottom buttons on every application view. Some specific ones I notice are: 1) In the Follow Up workload pages on the application view; 2) In the All Open Approvals Workload pages on the application view; 3) In the Application Workload pages on the application view; 4) In the Evaluations Workload pages on the application view. Pretty much anywhere you can view the applications would be very helpful. Thanks for considering.

Messages
Can we have reply's from emails we've sent from Foundant return to the Administrator (or user) that sent it in a "Messages" portal in our account?
As a company administrator, it's hard for us to track communications if the only message tracked in Foundant is the initial email that we sent. All replies (from the grantee) and staff responses are in their personal email accounts and this can be troublesome for maintaining proper file retention policies.

Batch Revert Status
GLM Idea - I understand we can individually revert the status of an application from closed back to assigned, but it would be wonderful if we could do so in a batch function. Within our RFP process, we have multiple evaluation stages and we prefer to close the application evaluation in between each stage and then reopen when appropriate.

Amending Grants (Increasing Award Amount) with New Decision Date
We recently approved an additional amount for a particular project on top of the amount that was initially approved last fiscal year. Since the new amount was approved on a different date (this fiscal year), we needed to have an accurate decision date for that amount vs. using the original award date so unfortunately we weren’t able to just add new installment(s) to the existing request like we were hoping.
In order for our records/reports to be accurate with decision date ranges (e.g. a particular fiscal year) and amounts approved during that range, I had to manually enter another request…

GLM/Foundant Accessibility for People Using Screen Readers
We received some good feedback from an applicant: "Due to a small staff and the Director's use of screen reader technology, web forms are often inaccessible and paperwork is very slow-moving. The Opportunity Fund's application and website is more navigable than other foundations but still required many hours of oversight and coordination to receive assistance from board members and staff throughout the process."
I would love to know how/if Foundant is working toward making sure it's products are incorporating web accessibility principles so that a person using screen reader technology could apply for a grant and take care of other…

Assign Evaluators by Group
It would be awesome if you could create an Evaluator Group that could be assigned to each application with one click instead of clicking each individual evaluator. Not only would it save time, it would minimize the risk of inadvertently leaving one off of an application.

Customize file download name
When using a merge template to create word or PDF documents, it would be really helpful id the file name included the organization name or project name. For example, when having to download multiple PDF applications individually (from the Request & Decisions page), the file name used for all is the name of the merge template file. I then have to go back and rename each application form which is very cumbersome.
Hopefully, this is an easy fix:)

Add in comparators for Currency Questions.
Add ability to set minimums or maximums in currency type questions rather than relying on regex questions with clunky expressions.

Customized Blind Evaluations
In SLM, allowing evaluators to see the student's name but not their full contact information. This is creating an unconscious bias with evaluators knowing what neighborhood students live in. It is really not relevant to reading scholarship applications anyway. If I could customize which field are seen and which are 'blind' would be very helpful!

eligibility quiz reset access for Grant Manager Role
It would be super great if the access to reset an applicant's eligibility quiz could be assigned to a Grant Manager role. This is a frequent request and only our Administrator can do this now. I don't want to give the keys to the kingdom to our grant managers so they can do this, but would love for them to have just this piece of eligibility quiz security.

Add upload feature for sensitive information
We need to collect sensitive information from grantees which include banking information and sometimes social security numbers reported on Form W9. It would be nice for the grantee to be able to upload a pdf file containing this sensitive information direclty in the system they are using for the application process. We are currently using DropBox's file request feature which creates a url link the grantee can securely upload the file(s) to. This has been working, but we have had someone question why the upload is occuring outside the GLM system and was hesitant to click on a new link…

Display full group name
I am using branching logic in our application forms. I just got a call from an applicant worried about the fact that a question disappeared - she had copied the blank form to a Word document, prepared her answers, then came back and started filling it in and the item in question disappeared. This was due to branching logic. I decided to include info in the group name for those groups using branching logic to alert folks that it might not be relevant to them depending on their answers. Unfortunately, the info isn't displaying, as there seems to be a…

Allow removal of evaluation scores for one evaluator
Allow for one evaluators scores to be removed so they are excluded from all reports without reverting the status of all evaluators. This is often needed when an evaluator has either not finished their scoring or they entered scores for an applicant and then realized they have a conflict of interest.

Select default role
It would be useful if you could select the default role for users who are both evaluators and admin/grants managers. Currently the system defaults to grants manager, so users who are primarily evaluators have to change their role each time they log in to evaluate applications.

Process Manager (Sort A-Z)
In the Process Manager, add the ability to sort the process’s names from A-Z to easily find a process. Right now, you have to browse until you find what you're looking for. Having the ability to work faster. Thanks!

Follow Ups Complete – New “ok to close” feature
Hi all!
It would be helpful if the system recognized grants that are okay to close on the follow-ups complete page. Imagine adding an extra column, that said, “ok to close.” The system would recognize when a grant is okay to close based on two factors: the request doesn’t have additional follow-ups assigned, and the request is fully paid. Seeing this “ok to close” wording, then prompts the admin to review it and take two actions. The admin can close it, or the admin can leave it there if it needs more time to review the request. The issue is…

Shared Questions - Applicant Editing Ability
Our applicants fill out a few questions in the LOI stage. These are then added as shared questions onto their application. However, once in this step, they are not able to make any edits to them. It shows them a red circle with a line through it when they hover over the question. This is becoming a point of frustration for many of them because they have to call us to make any changes. Can this be fixed so they can edit a shared question? Thanks!
