  1. It would be really helpful to be able to remove/add individual emails when using a batch email to applicants/evaluators. It is so tedious to manually type each email when you only need to exclude a handful.

  2. This functionality was previously available before the update to allow multiple organizations for one user account. This is useful when we have national organizations which apply on behalf of smaller local organizations - oftentimes they will complete the grant agreements and other initial follow-ups, and then the local organization would take over managing reporting for the rest of the lifecycle of the grant award. This is also applicable to fiscal sponsors that manage multiple awards for various organizations, and it makes it easier for us to break them out by each program when pulling reports as needed.

  3. It would be helpful to have the option to disable the preview feature for a universal application. We are finding that some applicants are running into confusion and issues because they are inadvertently in the "preview" view of the application rather than the "apply" view where they can complete and submit the application.

  6. It would be great to have the ability to increase the character count in the "Comments" tab under Organizational profiles. We use the tab for a summary of a grant once it is closed and any grant management comments of note. We often find that with grants that are a year long or more, we have far more to write than the current character count allows.

  7. Batch add multiple Processes when assigning new Evaluators.

    We've just discovered when trying to add in a new evaluator to our scholarship process, we have to add in every single scholarship opportunity separately as an individual process instead of being able to select "all", which, is what we need to do.

    So our "Universe" of applications breaks down into "Processes" which are our individual scholarships and because we look at everything from the individual Student (and not the opportunities), we need to be able to batch multiple processes all at the same time.

Having administrative Internal answers from a previous grant application (for example, we have in Internal question group where we provide additional information for our grant review committee) copy into a new grant application when the applicant is using the copy feature from their last cycle request is not ideal.

  11. It would be great if GLM could send multiple automatic reminders to grantees about follow-up due dates. We've found it helpful to give grantees a 30-day reminder about a follow-up, but would love it if GLM could send another automatic email a few days before the due date as well to make tracking easier for our grants administrator.

  12. View for students needs updating. We previously used a different software. Each section (family, academics, essays, etc.) had it's own customizable icon with a picture and a progress bar to show what % of that section was completed. SLM UA looks so daunting for students.

  14. I would love to have the option to mark a submission/application as revisit. This is where we are not pursuing funds at this time, but we are interested enough to put their application in the "revisit" it will push it to the next cycle instead of flat out deny request.

  16. We would like to be able to preset the dates that each follow-up form will be assigned. We have forms that we only want to be completed within a certain period of time but would like to be able to set up the assignments when the Application is approved so we don't have to go back and assign the follow ups at a later date. This should also send the notification email when the form is therefore assigned and available and not at the time that we preset it up.

  17. It would be great if the primary contact in GLM organization profile could add/remove contacts rather than our team having to do that. We have a lot of turnover with our non-profits and they keep making new profiles when they could just be a new contact. And rather than our team having to add/remove, it would be great if the primary did that on their own.

  18. It would help to eliminate the globe icon in the Due Date box. It takes up too much space and makes it difficult to see/enter the date you want.

  19. It would be helpful if you could customize (at least one column) on the Organizational Summary page. For example, "Type" is not useful to us, but "Amount Requested" would be. Our Trustees often award more or less than the organization requested and it would be helpful to see this information.

  20. For the "organization changed" event type notification, it would be nice to have the option to send a notification to GLM Administrator ONLY, and not copy the the organization's primary contact.

    There are many cases when I would like to be notified of organization updates, to ensure they're done correctly or to turnover in an organization, but would not be appropriate to copy the org primary.
