  1. When an evaluator uses the Process filter on the dashboard, completes and saves an evaluation form, then clicks the Next Pending Evaluation button, the next one may not be from that filtered Process. Please make it so the Process filter pulls through to when the evaluation forms are advance to the next request.

    Also, it would be much better for evaluators if the sort by organization on the dashboard would pull through to when they go into evaluation forms so Next Pending Evaluation button takes them to the next request that is alphabetical by organization name.

  2. I've seen a couple of posts about this already, but not sure that it was articulated in this way. It's scholarship season and students are stressed out trying to submit their applications and get teachers to complete their letters of recommendation. I was really surprised to learn there currently isn't any formal notification that gets sent when a teacher completes their 3rd party letter of recommendation in SLM. Teachers would benefit knowing their work was properly received. Students want to know they don't have to worry about this or nag their teacher to do this, and admins want to know…

  3. You can currently pull specific question responses for "Passed" eligibility quizzes using the Foundant reporting system (by selecting Approved on pre-filters). However, you cannot pull responses, emails, etc. for those that have "Failed". We would like to analyze those answers, retrieve contact information and other basic functions using Reports for additional follow-up.

  4. We use manual e-mails for our responses to various requests and we sometimes process these outside office hours. We would like to be able to schedule manual e-mails for a later time or date.

  5. It would be great if we could put email templates in folders by grant opportunity. We have so many on our CF and have to scroll down to find each one because they are so different. Please make folders to make it easier to find the templates we need.

  6. Would you consider adding a hard due date for evaluations like there is for applications? This would allow us to use due date as a merge field in our email communications to evaluators to notify them when they are due. It would nice to have an auto-reminder 2 weeks in advance etc.

Our evaluations are done by student and if I need to edit evaluations assignments in the Evaluation Assigned bucket, it's very hard to ensure all of a student's opportunities are assigned to the same evaluator when I have to assign by opportunity instead of by student. This is still not possible with the new update if a student has already been assigned to evaluators. This is the message that is received: One or more selected request(s) has an evaluation already assigned. If they are in the assigned bucket then of course they will already have evaluators assigned to them so…

  9. I would like to see the ability to run a report that differentiates between applications that are applicant-abandoned vs. admin-abandoned. Use case: We had to close several opportunities after they opened. Students who had already applied (or had applications in-progress) were notified, and their applications were abandoned (admin-abandoned). In some cases, a student had abandoned an application prior, and it would be helpful for a report to show whether the abandon was initiated by the applicant or by an admin.

  10. During a grant cycle, we will have a dozen or so requests that are abandoned. It would be helpful to have a category on the dashboard to show the number from that process that were abandoned just the same as you can see approved or denied.

  11. We need functionality to remove an evaluator from a panel after that evaluator (or other evaluators) have begun scoring. Presently, the only way to do this is to revert the application, which removes the work of other evaluators.

    We have encountered 2 situations this year where an evaluator discovered a conflict of interest after they started scoring. We need to remove them or at least remove the scores from the applications they completed. RIght now that will be a manual process.

  13. I'd love for students to be able to see a color coded progress bar on their full submission, similar to the evaluator's progress bar. I have so many students who do not submit the additional applications they are eligible for because they think their application is complete. Since the Universal Processes show up on their page random/alphabetical, they do not see the "Assigned/Edit" and "Submitted/View" which I am trying to explain in emails to both counselors and students.

  14. I would love to have a search option when evaluators are assigned. We have over 150 potential evaluators so it would be helpful to be able to search by name instead of scrolling to find the evaluator's name.

  15. We would find it very useful to be able to assign a completed follow up to reviewers so that they could see the results of the grant they recommended for funding. Currently we have to export this info and merge it into a Word doc to share this with them.

  16. I had a partner organization reach out to ask if it was possible for their organization to receive email notification to multiple people from the system. From the sounds of it, in the GLM only the applicant of the request (or assignee of follow-ups) can receive the automatic emails generated from the system.

    If it would be possible to have an option to select multiple recipients for an email to be sent from the system that would be great!

  17. Allow us to pull a list of the "grant manager" assignments for all assigned requests by adding a data field under "Processes" and "Requests" in report data sets.

    I'd like to be able to pull a report of which staff member is assigned to each request. Currently, I have to proxy as each staff member to pull each list individually.

  20. It would be great, when copy form is allowed for applicants, internal questions would come in blank. That way it's a "fresh" form for us, if that makes sense.
