applicant registration-turn off
Having the ability to turn off the ability for applicants to register themselves would be useful. I have a closed set of eligible organizations, all already loaded as organizations in GLM. I have folks create accounts for ineligible organizations, or don't head the warning when the tax-id is a duplicate.

Please bring back "Organization" autofill in the "add contact" form.
Please bring back "Organization" autofill in the "add contact" form.
When you click the "add contact" button in an organization, the form used to autofill/pre-populate with the organization name. Since Saturday 2/24/24, that no longer happens and we now have to scroll down a list of thousands of organization names to find the name to populate the field. The scroll function routinely freezes which makes it impossible to add a contact at all. Even when not frozen, the scroll list is glitchy and skips around a lot. Assign evaluations by student in the Evaluation Assigned bucket
Our evaluations are done by student and if I need to edit evaluations assignments in the Evaluation Assigned bucket, it's very hard to ensure all of a student's opportunities are assigned to the same evaluator when I have to assign by opportunity instead of by student.

Please update the Contact Email History text to include the date the message was sent. The date of the email shows in the dashboard but is not included in the text of the message itself. This would be really helpful when dealing with issues that arise with applicants about being awarded/declined etc.
4 votesThe request to have current date within the email can be completed by adding Current date merge tag to the email communication in the place you feel best of the body of the email.

Mechanism to bulk download photos attached to follow up forms
Many of our reports include an option to upload a photo. Right now, the only way we know how to download them is by opening each individual follow up and saving each photo.
Much like there is a bulk PDF for submitted reports, a bulk download for photos would be tremendously helpful!

Sandbox redesign (2)
The font of the header text on the workload pages is crazy-tiny, especially given that it's bolded. Please change this.

Sandbox Watermark
Regarding the new site design, the distinction between Sandbox and Live is too subtle. The red text in the top left is way too tiny and it's easy to miss when a client's site colors are red/orange (check out url=truecost for reference).

Option to Create Individual Files When Batch Creating Merge Documents
It would be extremely helpful to have the option of creating individual files when creating merge documents for multiple requests. Currently the only option is to select them one at a time or manually split the single file containing all the requests selected.

when doing batch create of documents you will see the option to do a zip file this will create individual documents in bulk instead of one large file.

Update answer choices once the question has been used
Update answer choices once the question has been used. Be able to update an answer choice once it has been used, so that when it pulls into subsequent forms it can show the updated wording. For example, on the intake form we used K12, but on the subsequent forms we received feedback that it would be better to say "Kindergarten - 12th grade"

Batch Change the Due Date for a Follow Up Form
If we need to change the due date for a follow up form that is assigned to a cycle of grants in one process, it'd be convenient to make those changes in a batch instead of individually making the change with each applicant. When we are dealing with 50 applicants in a process, this can be tedious.
2 votesBatch changing deadlines can for a form can be done from clicking the pencil icon by the deadline through the process manager. Reach out to our support team to learn more about this process.

Show a list of processes that are using a specific eligibility quiz question
If I need to add an answer option to an eligibility quiz question, let's say for a new process, it would be helpful to know which other processes use that same quiz question so I can check to see they needs a revision because of the added option.

Autosave In Progress Applications
Build a function where in-progress LOIs/applications and evaluations autosave regularly (perhaps every 30 seconds like in Google Drive/Forms)? I cannot tell you how many folks exit the page or forgot to hit save/submit, and lose all of their work, because they're used to autosave functions on so many other softwares they use. This would save so many headaches, and truly improve the experience for our applicants, grantess, and staff.

Autosave is enabled in all Foundant forms. Questions save as you move from question to question, with every 100 characters in text responses, and any other click or take action the work will be saved. At a maximum with our autosave a user should only lose work of one questions. If you have seen this not be the case we ask the you please escalate to our support team.

metrics
We are excited about the metrics dashboard and how it could help us analyze funding for our organization. In addition to changing the timeframe option to view the data by fiscal year (instead of calendar year), we would like the different download options as well (i.e excel and .csv). Thank you.

Organization Information Fields
I would love for the text format requirements in the Organization Information section to be eliminated or more flexible! As an organization that works internationally, many of these fields do not allow us to input respective phone numbers or addresses accurately due to these restrictions.

Metrics Dashboard---While I love the addition to the dashboard and all its new features. My organization does not run on a calendar year, as the dashboards are currently set to. I would like to see a date range filter (such as one within the reporting) so I can filter to match the fy we run in.

customize evaluation dashboard
This year our evaluators said it would be helpful if they could see a custom column on their dashboard that shows their evaluation comments.

Batch action for merged document
It would make things go much faster if we could select batch, create document, then select the merge file we want. This way all the summary pages for the board book could be generated at once rather than doing this task repeatedly one at a time, separately, for each application.

Scholarship Fund Information synced from CSuite
We would currently love if SLM could be synced to CSuite in a way that we could pull Scholarship Fund information into forms and merge templates. i.e. Scholarship Name, Scholarship Description, etc. Or at least have the ability to store scholarship fund information with SLM.
18 votes01/03/2024: Scholarships: Created a new endpoint for SLM integrated sites to allow for Scholarship Ids to be displayed in SLM. This will allow the CSuite Scholarships to display in SLM as a list. Any updates to scholarship names, new scholarships, or removed scholarships in CSuite will be updated in SLM. This will allow SLM users to set the CSuite Scholarship id on the scholarship opportunity before syncing to CSuite. If the Scholarship award is linked with a Scholarship selected from SLM, CSuite users will not have to Set Scholarship for the awards. Once the scholarship is synced, CSuite becomes the system of record.

Applicant New Account Creation - Phone Number
When a new grant applicant creates a new account in GLM, they get an error message if they don't enter the phone number in the correct form. If there's a required format - in this case ###-###-#### that example should be shown next to the label Phone Number like it is for the EIN field.
Having a error message pop up when you haven't told someone there's a required format is rude and not the welcoming experience we want for our grantees. This is a simple and quick fix.

Adding "Owner Country of Origin" as a data field in reporting.
Currently you can run a report based on the following: Owner race, ethnicity, DOB, gender...
We would love to be able to also add "owner country of origin" in the reportable data fields. It doesn't seem like this would be too difficult to do since the other fields are already there.
