Show Follow Up Form Name when Follow Up is Open
It would be great that when a Follow-up document is open in the database that the follow up form name shows up on the page. The form name shows up when viewing the list of follow ups, but once it's open there's nowhere to tell what follow up you're looking at (a lot of our follow ups contain similar information, so it's not obvious based upon content alone).
I would suggest at the top of the page where it says "Follow up", "Project Name," and "Process," to add in a line for the "follow up form name field". Maybe add that in under the Follow Up title, before the project name?
We use Follow up forms for many reasons (i.e. reports, expenses, amendments, agreements, etc) and having that name will save a lot of time by eliminating having to re-open follow ups to ensure I'm looking at the correct document.
Thanks!
