Sharing primary contact's name/contact information to application
We are finding that we don't always have the organization's current CEO/ED on file and so our award letter and other communications to the primary contact in those cases is addressing the former staff person (sometimes it's someone who hasn't worked there in a year or more!) and then we have to recreate the letter with the right person's name and resend. I plan to add a field at the top of each application asking to list the current CEO's name/contact information so I can cross-reference with our records. However, that is a little time consuming and requires the applicant to have to fill that out each time. It would be awesome and so helpful to be able to share the CEO's name/contact info. (or the "Primary Contact") we have record of onto the application in order to have the the applicant just verify by checking Yes or No if we still have the accurate person on the organization account. If they select No, then we would have a text field where they could indicate the new CEO so I can add him/her to the account and deactivate the other.
