  1. It used to be that when I clicked on the Vouchers tab underneath a Vendor record, I could see the information listed in a tighter table. What I mean by this is I could view the date column and the clickable voucher ID column, at the same time that I could see the Amount column.

    Some change over the past year or so expanded this table, so that I now have to scroll far to the right to see the amount, which makes it hard to click on the corresponding ID when I scroll back to the left.

  2. Hello,

    We are attempting to run a private event and record RSVPs using the campaign/ticket system. Currently, the campaigns system doesn't seem to facilitate free tickets with guests well.

    For us, free tickets do not prompt individuals to enter registration information for multiple seats (for attending party or guests) until after finalizing the transaction and subsequently clicking through a "Donate again" style button. This is confusing, as a registrant is much more likely to click out/exit the page rather than click through that button. Even if they click through it, they have to notice an additional tab on the donate…

  3. Copied task from an idea that was flagged "implemented" ... it is not implemented!

    It would be really nice if tasks could be tied to profiles, funds, grants, etc. and if they could show up like notes do (or at least having that option for them to show up). We are used to the "contacts" tab in FIMS which both informed the team of communications between donors and staff as well as provided an option to follow up if necessary. Thanks

  4. It would be extremely helpful to our workflow to have the Grant Administrator included as a column. If blank, this lets the team know the grant needs further work before it can be paid. Without this column there is no way to tell if an administrator has reviewed the grant.

When Checkrun is processed, C-Suite populates the next highest number check in the "What Is The First Check Number" prompt when a new check batch is created rather than the last check number used. When we converted data we had historical check number sequences higher than current check stock in use. Therefore, the wrong check number populates. Suggestion is that the system use a timestamp for the last check used rather than a sequential number currently used. There are valid reasons historical check numbers would fall out of sequence.Check, First Check, Checkrun, Check Batch, Confirm and Post Checks, Check Run

  6. It would add so much to our internal workflow if permissions allowed us to specify access to custom fields on each record type. For example, we track succession plans as a custom field on the fund record. Our fund liaisons want to be able to edit those selections if/when a fundholder changes them. However we cannot give them access to edit the custom field on the fund record without them having full access to edit a fund record (which we do not want).

  7. Admin Fees should not make a fund balance negative. The situation we recently had was that a fund was set for closure, the final grant had been made and the balance was $0. However, the fund had not yet officially been closed in Csuite (we wait for the final check to clear.) Quarterly Admin Fees were posted which included this fund. It then made the fund balance negative. It seems an alert should pop that there are not sufficient balance to cover the fee. .....and yes, ideally we should remove the admin fee type on a fund when it is…

  9. It would be nice for our parent funds to be able to see the total fund balance (total of all sub-funds) on the home screen of the fund advisor portal. Currently it is showing current balance and available balance as $ . on all our parent funds.

  10. Please provide a way for us to edit/delete an automatic pledge adjustment. There is no way to do that in the system, and if you accidentally miskey something that causes an automatic pledge adjustment, it's permanently recorded. This not only messes up the GL details, but it also creates an inaccurate pledge total amount that shows up in the system.

    Case in point, we accidentally added an extra number on a payment which then increased a pledge by $2.5 million. It was a simple mistake, pure accident. However, we're stuck now in perpetuity with the wrong figure showing on this…

  11. It would be nice if the report information (name, number, report details, filters, etc.) could somehow be added to the csv export similar to how it is added when you export Audit Reports. Sometimes my team will run a report and just send me the csv file. It'd be nice if I could back track and more easily find which report their data is based of.

  12. It would be nice to have the option to transfer/share the File Categories to the Fund/Donor Portal and be able to sort them as needed. ie. We share Thank you letters with some Advisors, by uploading and selecting the proper category in CSuite, it could sync over the Category and file to the files tab in the portal. This option would also make it easier to view for Fund Advisors.

  14. Ability to add a grantee as a beneficiary to a fund more for more than once would be helpful. We have several funds in which the same grantee is designated for two very different purposes and different percentages. The current text field isn't large enough to account for multiple purposes, and having two separate line items would create the individual spendable grants when creating them in bulk, which would be extremely helpful.

  16. Currently the grant notification to grantees includes one default email and the option to manually add a second email notice. Is it possible to allow us to have a second default email load rather than adding manually. We have a number of grantees who have two people they want to receive a notice and it is not conducive to have to always remember to add the second person.

  17. Add bulk option to 'Set Notify' on a custom report so that a profile type can be used to isolate only main advisors on funds to receive the notifications. Currently, only option is to bulk add 'Set Notify' on the fund advisor page which would add the notification to all advisors on every fund.

  18. To help increase the efficiency of processing scholarship payments that need to be payable to the student; a bulk action to set grantee to student would be beneficial. Currently, it requires creating the student profiles in CSuite first via a bulk import with the is grantee, is vendor, is student designation then you have to create the scholarship award (manually, via import or through integration). If you use the SLM integration you must set the student as the grantee/payee on each scholarship one by one. This is a very tedious process that leaves lots of room for error, the creation…

  19. Currently a user is able to delete a historical donation, there is NO pop up or confirmation to delete BEFORE the record is blown away! YIKES! Please add a confirmation similar to deleting a historical grant, thank you!

  20. An option for users to select multiple fields (radio buttons/checkboxes) rather than just searching for a fund.

    So, the checkboxes could allow a user to select two different service areas and filter the funds that way.
