Grant- post by payment option
I'd like the option to allow grants to post by payment like we can for scholarships. For example, the grant committee grants $15,000 paid out over 3 years ($5,000 installments). We'd like the option to have the $5,000 come out of the fund when it is approved for payment, versus immediately.

Distribution Audit Details - Make available prior to posting
It would be highly beneficial for the Audit Details export information to be available prior to posting distributions. Without posting distributions first, the quarter ending values used to calculate distributions are not available. This makes it difficult to compare year over year data to ensure accuracy. Having the quarter ending values used in the distribution calculations prior to posting distributions would negate the need to run all distributions in Sandbox first. Export to “Microsoft Word Document” instead of “Microsoft Word 97 – 2003 Document”
"Microsoft Word 97 - 2003" file format is not compatible with Microsoft SharePoint. In this file format, you can’t use the “autosave” function, and multiple people are not able to collaborate in the document concurrently. Updating format to "Microsoft Word Document" will likely improve user workflows.
(Same with Word and Excel files in GLM/SLM. Will post idea there too)

Foundant is considering integrating Docusign with GLM & SLM. Is this under consideration for C Suite as well? We'd love to have this integration capability on the C Suite side too.

Positive Pay - Template Edit Capability. In past softwares I've dealt with, we've had the ability to create bank groups which tie to a specific bank's positive pay file requirements because each bank has to have their own unique template. The bank group templates are then linked to the bank ledger account so, as you issue checks, the system knows which format to file for the positive pay export. Accidental duplicate donations by donors
It would be great if the system could trigger a pop up/warning if there is a duplicate donation in the cart (amount or fund or both) before it goes through the payment process. We're finding that every now and again a donor has not noticed the duplicate payment and has transacted twice when they only meant to once.

Bulk Edit - Payment schedule date and grant date
We would really love to have a bulk edit option for the payment schedule date and bulk edit date. To offer some context from an accounting perspective, the concern is that the grant date and edit payment schedule dates are different especially when grants are entered or submitted on a certain date but are needing to be paid on a schedule, typically a Friday for us. Admin Fees - add qtr detail to support
Please add the 12 individual quarter balances that are used to calculate the average for Admin Fees to the Admin Fee Audit Details report. The 12 individual quarter balances are included in the Distributions Audit Details report (column O) but it would be helpful to have it in the Audit Detail reports for Admin Fees as well.

Color code outward facing fields
In an effort to keep us from changing a field that is outward facing PLEASE color code them all a certain color. It is difficult for us to keep track of which fields have an effect on the portals. Having them all a certain color would keep us from changing them unintentionally.

Financials: fund balance (show $0 balance funds)
Financials-Fund balance: please configure this report so that it shows active funds with $0 balance. In the past, this report included active funds with $0 balance but this was recently changed.

Scholarship Letters - Fields Available
We generate scholarship letters to both the school receiving the funds and to the students receiving the scholarship so they can send a thank-you to the donor making their scholarship available. The fields available to pull for scholarship letters do not include the fund contacts/donors of the scholarship, nor the name and address of the student receiving the scholarship, nor the student's name in First/Last order (only the Last/First order.) Donor portal - change voucher list to sort by date
Donor portal - list vouchers in date order rather than by individual/organization. Many of my fund advisors want to see vouchers by date order rather than by individual/organization. I know you can export this information to get it in date order; however, it would be better if the Vouchers tab looked similar to the Contributions tab - in date order.

Multiple contacts for Organizations
It would be helpful if we could enter multiple contacts for an organization based on the inquiry (director, grants, treasurer, etc.). As of now, we either have to put additional contacts in a note or create multiple profiles for the same organization in order to have multiple contacts.

Allow Users to Adjust Font Size
We love the new user interface but the font is rather small for some of our users. It would be amazing to have the ability for each user to pick from a Small, Medium, Large font size
Using CTRL and Zooming in Zooms the entire browser (all tabs, no matter the website) meaning other websites are now huge font.

Recent Donations
When inputting donations, being able to see recent giving history from the "Add Donation" screen would be helpful. Something similar to the voucher side where you can see recent vouchers from vendors.

CC and BCC E-mail to attach donor correspondence
I would like to suggest adding a function that allows users to cc or bcc a email sent externally (through Outlook or Gmail) to that donors profile. In past roles, I have had this ability - If I included this address in my email it was attached to the donor profile with a matching e-mail address. It's good and soooooo valuable in communicating!
Little Green Light is an example of a CRM that empowers this.

Grant Catalog Amount Field instead of Donate Button
Instead of having the Donate button in the Grant Catalog, have an field for each organization where an amount can be entered. This way a donor can give to mulitiple organizations without having to go back and forth from the catalog to the cart.
