  1. For the Form 990 I need to get a list of foreign grants. In my old system I could sort the grantees and get the foreign ones. Please add a way to classify a gratee as foreign and them add that to the filter. I am sure there are other NFPs that need to get their foreign grants in an easy way.

  2. Import profile lists. It would be great to be able to create a profile list in Foundant and then be able to export and edit it, and then import it back into the campaign. It's much faster to manipulate an excel spreadsheet than the profile list in the campaign while it's in Foundant/CSuite.

  3. In an opportunity report, we have included "Pipeline Notes" as a way to elaborate on status of potential new fund holders and more, but this field isn't available for households. Is that something that could be added to the household option for profiles?

  4. Synch grant summary from GLM into CSuite
    The majority of our staff our CSuite only users so it would be helpful to have the grant summary import when synching GLM grants to CSuite. Right now, we are having to edit each grant to add the grant summary into CSuite.

  5. Donors have requested the option for the recognition name to default either to last used or household name. They dislike that it defaults to one person every time instead of the household name.

  6. Because we do not publish our events to the general public, we have disabled the Event Tab on the Donation Portal. Unfortunately, when someone is registering for a private event, what they see at the top of the portal is our Donate Tab Name. This causes some confusion about what they are doing. Is there any way to display the event tab name when someone is registering for an event?

  7. Please add a way to filter all the donors that gave X number donations in a certain time frame. I need to see, for instance, 50 donors gave 2 donations, 68 donors gave 3 donations, 110 gave 5 donations last year.

    I asked tech support and was told there's no way for CSuite to search by donation count. I can see the donation count per donor, but I have thousands of donors. It is a major waste of time to download a report into Excel and then manually count them.

  10. When viewing a fund on the donor portal on a mobile phone, the text is posted to the far right of the image, making the page look clunky and creating a large space between funds. Instead of paying an outside web designer to fix this, this should be fixed internally at Foundant.

  12. The profile information link in the fund advisor portal is now located in the top left of the screen. We'd like to make it a tab, like the other sections, or have it on the top right of the screen. Location at the top right seems to align better with here people look for "My Account" or other similar profile information on other websites.

  14. When Fund Advisors are entering in a grantee manually rather than utilizing the search, "Submit" can be confusing. I have had multiple FA's reach out concerned that they weren't going to be able to input the Amount or Description before hitting Submit. Please use a different word here that lets Fund Advisors know there is more to be done.

  15. I know a recent update has allowed all contributor names to be anonymized, with a single checkbox in System Data, when they appear in the Donor Portal. It has been our practice to reveal contributor names and contact information to fundholders but NOT the amount of the gifts. In this way, our fundholders have an opportunity to mail their own personal thank yous to those who contribute to their fund.

    I know contributor amounts can be hidden via a fund-by-fund checkbox, but for our organization, with ~1200 funds, this is a large task to undertake. Could a single checkbox choice…

  16. As the new Fund Advisor portal is built out, we need the option to NOT show spendable balance on some funds. This could be as easy as a checkbox on the fund settings - Show Spendable or Not Show Spendable. Discussed this with Chris Sutton at Summit and he stated it would be doable. :)

    This a large pain point for us on our Donor Advised Growth funds which do not have to follow spendable but yet we still calculate it. Therefore, they end up with a large negative spendable balance showing on the portal which causes confusion.

  17. When building a custom report, it would be very useful to be able to report on fields from multiple objects at once. Systems I have used with this capability approached it by starting with a primary object selection (donations for example) and then once you add the unique field for another object (profile id of the donor for example), your list of fields would expand to show all of the fields associated with that new object. Event just the ability to expand into 2 objects would solve a lot of cases where we currently need to pull multiple reports into…

  20. I'd like to see a couple of changes to the NEW LOOK version of the Nonprofit Directory:
    1. On the Main Page of the Directory, add a 'category heading' above the 'types/categories' of nonprofits as well as above the list:
    "By Category:" - for the groupings of NPs
    "By Name:" - for the list
    2. On the Main Page of the Directory, where all the nonprofits are listed, I suggest it NOT include the public email or phone #.
    I'd rather this be a simple list where the user has to click the nonprofit to go to the nonprofit's directory…
