  1. Because the Sandbox environment disables all system generated emails, the "Forgot Password" feature does not work (the email is never sent to the user).

    Ideally the sandbox environment would be updated to all ONLY these password reset emails to send. But if that isn't implemented, at the very least the sandbox environment needs to disable to "Reset Password" options, or include additional language and warnings that the password reset will not work.

    Currently our internal staff have to manually reset user passwords AND deal with staff that are attempting to do the right thing by manually resetting their passwords but…

  2. Key performance indicators are difficult to track and manage within CSuite. It would be nice to have it's own tab with some preset fields (most commonly reported fields) and custom fields that we can set our own reporting dates/times/notes etc...
    We are currently using opportunities and then reporting separately for Grant and donation information. Ideally, this tab could have options to show/view total yearly/quartely donation amounts, grant amounts. There's many other items we report on but always have to go to a few different places to see/view what we need to report on.

  3. Add a row to Grants and Grantee profiles that allow us to select Qualified Donee as an option for Organizations/Profiles as qualified donees are eligible to receive grants. Currently, with AJAH turned on and the word "Qualified Donee" in the FedID field, it does not allow us to check or process a grant therefor, we need to keep AJAH off and manually check the charity status for each grant. This may also include bypassing AJAH charity check if Qualified Donee is set.

  4. Hi - we are trying to figure out how we can easily share donor info with our agency fund holders on outside gifts they get to their designated fund. Can you add this "opt in" feature in the online donation portal?

  5. For the Request bucket in Grants, it would be helpful if there were individual checkboxes for requests to create grants, similar to what’s available in the Award Letter and Voucher buckets. There are times where we just want to select one or a select group from a list and we don’t have that option now.

  7. Journal Entry imports, which allow for a main description and other ones, is only accepting the main description and populating that on each entry in the import. Would be preferred to have a unique description on each entry.

  8. this way we can just go in and click the button and keep the advisor on the fund for a history and filter out the deceased advisors on Fund Advisor reports.

  9. Add a date field option to Profile Types. We are adding CAP program and have classes and to track classes, a date field would be a great add. Otherwise we would create a profile type for each year to track classes.

  10. Under Profile, in the ACH Settings when entering the routing number, would like for CS to be able to verify if its a valid or invalid number when configuring the account information. Currently, a NACHA file is run with the account information that is configured and then uploaded to the bank where then you will find out if the routing is valid or not. Would be nice to find this out on the front end of the process rather than the end of the process.

It would be helpful if Foundant added a pay option to help us that know nothing about HTML to add simple things such as Logos etc to new donation portal, etc. We do not have a web designer or anyone with HTML knowledge. It is your expertise and could probably be done in a matter of minutes. We don't expect it for free. Can we not purchase blocks of time?

  12. Prior to a recent update, when entering a donation and getting to the tax receipt template field, we were able to use the enter button on the keyboard to have the system process the donation.

    For those of us that prefer using the keyboard instead of the mouse, It would be great if you could bring it back.

    Since the update, we have to tab 2 more times before the enter key will work again or scrolling to the bottom of the page and using the mouse to click on process.

  14. As a grant approver, my workflow would be greatly improved if I had the option to navigate back to the Approval bucket after I have approved a grant. The current options don't work for us because we move grants to the Approval bucket to encumber multi-fund requests. They aren't necessarily ready to be paid out yet, so jumping to the oldest grant in the approval bucket isn't helpful at all. It would be much more helpful to go back into the Approval bucket to scan for grants that are ready for us to pay.

  16. Please remove the internal page links that appear at the top of the screens when purchasing event tickets...
    Campaigns > Navigating the Middle - Becky David (this is the campaign description) > Workshop registration (ticket Name field)

    and also change the word "DONOR" on the event ticket summary page to match the next screen that says CONTACT. Not everyone on purchasing an event ticket is a Donor and it's confusing to them.

  18. In the new version of the public donation page, Foundant allows a banner at the top of the main page. Yet, there is no advice given to the size for this section. And, Foundant does not resize images for this piece of content to fit various screen sizes on different devices. I'll be honest, that's shocking for 2024. Responsive design should be a given. it affects accessibility, user experience and our reputation to provide a well-designed experience for our fundholders. Foundant gives the option for "dynamic images" on fund images, which means they do have the capability to do it.…

  20. It would be helpful if there was a way to sort registration attendees by date and time they registered. We have more than 100 people attending an event right now and there is no way to tell when new people have registered. I am constantly reviewing this list to see if I recognize new names which can be very tedious.
