Mailchimp match and update not replace
I believe the mailchimp sync still replaces the existing MC audience. We don't want to lose our existing "click" history in MC; is there a way to match and update rather than replace?

We agree
1. There is no two way sync
a. It would be useful if we could send data back to Csuite if a donor unsubscribes from mailchimp or a message is returned undeliverable
b. When a fund advisor is removed in Csuite, we need to manually compare MC and Csuite database to then remove the contact in MC
2. There is no toggle in Csuite to say unsubscribed from mailchimp.
This ties in with option1 above.
3. Current synchronisation from Csuite to Mailchimp overwrites history.
When syncing to MC, it replaces emails and any existing "behavior history/open/clicks" within MC is lost. We use that behavior to target segments for enewsletters
