fundholder portal - appearance of fund advisor name
Recommendation: Use profile mailing label name, rather than household name for fund advisors
Issue: our household records appear as 'last name, first name' so that we can easily alpha-sort mailing lists, etc. However, ,because the portal is pulling the household name to populate the Fund Advisors name(s) on the primary screen for each fund, those names also appear as 'last name, first name'. ..Several of our donors are complaining about the 'last name, first name' appearance. Allow for campaign RSVP and attendance to be set via filtered report and Upload IDs report function.
Currently, profiles can be invited to a campaign in mass but RSVP and attendance must be set profile-by-profile which is a significant time commitment.

Donor portal view multipayment grants
Please show multi-payment grants in the donor portal with the status of the individual payments so that the donor can tell which payments have been paid. Currently the donor sees just the full amount of the grant with the status "Voucher."

Filter by custom field
When filtering a custom report on a custom field, it would be great to have the "Match Type" control - "exact", "contains", or "begins with".

ID # search
The only search function that allows you to search using ID #s is the main search bar on the top left of the home page. It would be great if the ID # search would be available in all search areas instead of having to type in the fund name, profile name, etc. We are at the beginning phases of using CSuite and have multiple profiles that have the same name. It is impossible to find the correct profile when searching only by name. Using ID search in all areas would help keep errors to a minimum.

Improve CSuite grant copy function with current grant date and pay schedule dates (& other fields)
Just tried copying a grant in CSuite - sweet! However, once you copy it comes up with the old grant date and the old pay schedule date. It should copy to current dates. Also, the expense account does not transfer over. And, as we now have custom fields, any custom fields too - thanks!

investment performance
It would be very helpful if there was more information on the investment report in Financials. When you go to the Financials page, select Investments, and enter the time period, the only information available is the amounts going in and out (income, realized, unrealized, gifts, payments, etc.). This can all be found in other areas - the fund activity, Revenue Share, the bank statements, etc. It would be very helpful if this also included percentages to show the investment account performance or some other way to determine how the investment account performed of the selected time period. More Donation Info For Fund Advisors
Our fund advisors would like to be able to see the In Memory of/In Honor of fields as well as the Recognition field of a donation. I would hope this would be an easy add to the fund advisor permissions.

System Data - Content: enable html for grant_letter_email_body
Please make the grant_ letter_ email_ body template in site custom content HTML compatible! It appears every template is html compatible except this one.
Without the compatibility, you are unable to create line breaks or format any text which is very frustrating.

Create Donation Advisor Name Field (vs Donor Name) in Tax Receipt Templates
Currently there is no merge field in templates for Donation Advisor, versus Donor Name. For advised donations, it would be helpful to have a template that includes the fields for the advisor instead of the technical "donor." For example, Schwab Charitable may be the source of the donation check, but John Smith was the advisor for that donation. We don't want to thank Schwab; we want to thank John Smith. Right now, we must edit the thank you and it would be great if we could automate this process.

Express consent to share donor info with fund holders
In order to comply with British Columbia privacy laws, we need to achieve "express consent" to share donor info via the donation pathway and track that consent so that info is shared appropriately with fund advisors. I'd like to see CSuite help us achieve that via the donation process with the addition of a checkbox during checkout.
The checkbox could look similar to the “Donation in Honour of” checkbox and read something like:
[_] Yes please share my name and contact information with the xxxFund Holder/Charity so they can contact me directly to share information about their programs and campaigns.…

Approval Bucket in Scholarships
Similar to grants create an "Approval" bucket for scholarships so the scholarships would go from New, Approval, Open. Allow approval to be based upon each scholarship & not just each fund.
This would give foundations that are not using the SLM product another layer/level of approval and segregation of duties. Currently, they can only differentiate who does what based upon the permission groups that each user is in. This makes it harder for the teams to administer when they have a large scholarship team.

Require approval of ach information on vendor profile
It would be great if there was an approval process for entering ACH/banking information on the vendor profile. This would confirm there were no typos during the entry process.

Task Calendar Invite
Currently we us Outlook 365 and the Outlook desktop program. When I create a task for myself and choose to send a calendar invite, outlook does not allow me to save to my calendar (on the desktop version OR the web version) This means its double duty to create a task so I can track in the CRM system AND then have to create my own calendar invite. This gets to be really redundant and time consuming. Would love a fix or a work around that is not sending my task to another employee to have to send back to…

Grant Type on Grantee Profiles
Hi! When reviewing grants on the New, Approval or Voucher tabs in the Grant section the "Grant Type" is a visible column. However, when reviewing the Grants on a Grantee profile, this column is missing. You have to click within the grant to be able to view the grant type. It would be helpful for us to have the grant type visible along with the other columns already there (ID, Grant Date, Fund Status, Amount, Sponsored Org, Beneficiary, Description)

(Temporarily) Shut Down Fund Advisor Portal
It would be great to have the ability to temporarily shut down the donation portal.
We recently had an issue (our error--and of course Foundant helped us fix it!!) that caused fund balances to show incorrectly. We were worried, of course, about donors seeing bad information in the donor portal. While we could have taken the log in page off of our website, a fair amount of our donors have the site bookmarked, so still could have gotten in. We also thought about unlinking Fund Advisors on the affected funds, but we have over 800 funds, so that would have…

inactive users - remove from assign to task list
Remove inactive users from the Assign To search box when creating a Task. When creating tasks inactive users are still listed as options to assign a task to which makes the list of users cluttered and can cause a task to be assigned to a former employee.

Filter by TOTAL Donations in Donor Report
We would like to be able to filter the donation report by cumulative donations in a specified time frame. We send certain mailings to donors who have cumulatively donated $501+ per year (even if they've made multiple $100 donations to equal $501+) and right now the Donation Amount filter only filters those who have made a one time donation of $501+ or more. We also send certain mailings to donors who have made cumulative lifetime gifts of $10k+. There is no way to filter by this option to easily add to a Campaign.

Do not send Grant Notify email when a grant is unposted
We would like to be able to turn off the Grant Unpost email, as it tends to cause concern for Fund Advisors when minor changes are made to a posted grant. It would be nice to separate the settings!
