This is super important. The web platform we use does this super easily and treats each guest as a ticket holder, and keeps track of who made the registration and who has tickets assigned under that registration.

Unfortunately we can't use our website to actually sell tickets because of the payment platform, and reading the basic stuff we're used to having in our web platform for free events - managing registrations, exporting RSVPs, etc. - is still not a function in Csuite makes me very nervous.

Choosing to hide amounts from fund advisors at the fund level should override whatever is set in the 'Show History on Portal' function. If a fund advisor can hover over the name of a "top ten" donor, the amount is revealed. This means we can't provide access to this history feature for fund advisors unless there is a way to conceal the amounts - both in the pie chart and when hovering over the name.

We have recurring gifts, mostly for a single project fund, but there's no simple way to export the recurring gifts, nor run a simple report. Someone indicated in this forum that there is a "recurring gift" field for running a custom report, but when I apply it, nothing. This should be a simple filter or export mechanism. For many organizations, monthly donors are the very best, the gild on the lily, so if you are going to allow donors to create recurring gifts, you need to make it work on the admin side so that organizations can maximize the data on those donors. It should be easy to access efficiently and easy to generate meaningful reports without having to be a data analyst or know how to write code.

This is happening now. We are managing a project fund whose volunteers are doing a great job of fundraising and many donors are using the online gift feature and setting up recurring gifts. All but one donor who put specific instructions in a note have to be contacted. Since these donors are not giving directly to us but to a specific project, this likely is neither what they wanted or expected. And, it's a great deal more work for us - and also widens the margin of error. If our primary function was to be fundraising, we probably would be using different software.
