  2. It would be really helpful if the color of Administrator Comments could be changed from grey. I know it changes to blue when you make it visible to an Applicant, which makes it so much easier to see. But the Admin Comment stays grey and I find myself skipping over comments because they do not stick out.

  4. With different follow-up forms for each process within a Universal Application, it would be very helpful to be able to delete unused ones and move them around in the list.

  5. Question Type for Demographics
    It would be nice to have a question type that would allow for multiple parts to be under the same question. Right now we have to create separate questions for each group. For example:
    What ages are the clients you serve?
    Ages 0-18
    Ages 19-44
    Ages 45-64
    Ages 65+

  7. We need to assign reporting dates/payment dates in the system at least two weeks prior to our board approval in order to generate our grant letters. Currently, when we do this, we have the option to set a time period in settings to say, 14 days later before the grantee sees the grant as approved - it shows as UNDECIDED until those 14 days are up, even though the grantee can see the follow ups.   9. I have a required document upload question with in my Universal application within SLM. How were students able to submit applications without the required upload? That shouldn't be a thing in the system.

  10. Allow grantees to submit a follow-up before the previous one has been marked "complete." Currently, grantees are unable to submit final reports before we internally have marked the interim reports as complete. There should be a feature that enables us to choose whether grantees can submit the next follow-up before the previous one is marked as "complete"

  11. I would like to have a "Next" or "Previous/Back" button to move through applications when logged in as administrators (similar to what was just done with the evaluators!). So, instead of selecting "Return to Application Submitted", I can use next to move to the next application. When I am reviewing several applications, I don't like having to remember which one I just read and which one is next after being taken back to the entire listing.

    This would be helpful in all of the application statuses - Draft, Submitted, and Complete.

  12. Sometimes the applicant is either not the person or the only person that would need to access the follow-up form (report). It would be great to be able to let the assignee delegate the assigned follow-up to another contact in their organization or that more than one person be able to access the form. Same for the application. Allow multiple users within that request to edit and access the application and applicable forms.

  13. It would be very helpful for us if applicants/evaluators when completing forms could format their text (i.e. bold, underline, add lists, etc.) this would help clean up the responses we received. It wouldn't need to show up in the reports, just for when we view the form.

  14. Currently, from an evaluator's dashboard, an evaluator is supposed to click on a red exclamation point fill out an evaluation. This is not intuitive, and while we have included step by step instructions for our evaluators, it's an on-going issue. Can't this be more obvious, like "Click here to evaluate" or a yellow "Evaluate" button that turns green when they have completed it? Red means stop and exclamation points are alarming. (Same would apply to the scholarships module.)

  15. If the batch print pdf application is possible I would love to be able to batch print individual uploads. Currently I have 4 processes open where I need to extract the uploaded project budget from every application which is a bit time consuming. Thanks!

  16. Could there be a way to assign follow-ups to grantees and notify them at a later date? Right now, when assigning follow-ups, the grantee is notified on their dashboard right away that they have a follow-up and therefore they will know that they have a grant. I would like to assign follow-ups during our Foundation's approval process time in November; however, the grantees are not notified of their grant until December with an award letter and payment then.Therefore, the surprise of being awarded a grant would be ruined if the grantees received notification of a follow-up prior to their award…

  17. I love all the deadline features for applications, my issue is very simple, the window which shows the deadline is too small and cuts of the time and AM/PM. Anyway to make the box a bit bigger?

  19. We have 1 user who needs access to multiple organizations. Our archdiocese has one person who is now going to monitor multiple departments. We have the departments set up as individual organizations because they run independently. This has also been an issue with grant writers that write for multiple applicants. I know you have talked about this but now we have an immediate need for it!

  20. It would be helpful to be able to customize the message that pops up to warn applicants of an existing request already in the system. In particular, it would be nice to add my name and contact information to have someone to direct them to in case of any confusion/questions when they see the message.
