  1. Mark an application that you would like to revisit

    I would love to have the option to mark a submission/application as revisit. This is where we are not pursuing funds at this time, but we are interested enough to put their application in the "revisit" it will push it to the next cycle instead of flat out deny request.

  2. Tax Class from GLM to CSuite

    I'm not sure if this is a CSuite or a GLM idea. Why isn't the tax class field a standard field in GLM so when you sync the grant you do not have to remember to edit the profile? We end up with a lot of agencies without a tax class when it is time to run the 990 reports. Very time consuming.

  3. share information across collaborator accounts

    Our organization is one of a small number making up a collaborative fund, all using the Foundant platform. It would be great to be able to share information (applications, reports, etc.) across our respective accounts.

  4. Create reports by organization in addition to report creation by process

    The report builder in GLM and SLM is driven by the grant/scholarship process. It would be helpful to be able to build reports outside of the process framework.

    We want a central place to track non-profits and contacts in GLM who are also profiles in cSuite. For example, to figure out who is registered in GLM to submit an LOI or application or follow-ups so we can compare with the information on those profiles (org and contact) in cSuite. Bonus points if the Grant ID from GLM, and the Profile ID in cSuite, could be included in the report!

  5. Notification to Administrator of when reports are marked complete by program team

    Notifications to Administrator for when reports are marked complete by program staff. Without having this it is making payments go out late due to program staff not sending email to administrator. It adds an extra step.

  6. deactivate

    GLM Deactivating a Contact - add a pop-up comment field to reference later in the User's Summary.

    From the Contacts tab, when using the radio button "Deactivate User" create an auto pop-up allowing a comment field to type notes (when and why the user was deactivated). This comment field would be stored in the User Summary/Comments.
    The attached upload file shows the location to store comments from the auto pop-up field when deactivating a user.

  8. Multi-year Grants: Syncing Installments to CSuite

    Please consider adding a warning in GLM that all multi-year grants synced to CSuite will be accounted for in that calendar year regardless of the date the installment is due.

    We just ran into a situation where we synced multiple annual installments and had to cancel them. Once we did this GLM would not let us add future installments.

    The result is a messy situation in GLM where we had to manually create a request to accommodate additional installments that is not connected to the application, first installment or grant report.

    This could have been avoided with a simple flag…

  9. We are having issues with syncing grants and scholarships.

    I wish syncing were not based on EXACT matches. For example, if an applicant puts Minnesota instead of MN it will NOT sync over. Couldn't a drop box listing states be created for applicants to eliminate this issue?
