Show "date last modified" in workflow list for draft LOIs, applications, and followups
It would be helpful to show the date last modified on the workflow page that lists applications, LOIs, or followups that are in draft form. (Much as the date submitted is shown for submitted applications, LOIs, and followups.) This way I could tell at a glance whether applicants are progressing on their drafts. https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/s3_images/975796/Image1.jpg?1382554177

Add Resubmission Date under Follow Ups/Submitted tab
Please either add a column that is a Resubmitted date, or modify the date that is shown under Submitted to be the most recent date the form is submitted. It only shows the original submission date. Often, after reviewing payment request forms, we revert the form back to Draft so grantee can correct/complete form and resubmit. But when we look at Submitted tab it still shows their original submission date, not the date they submitted their corrected version. We like that we can export the Submitted date...thanks for implementing that! Enhancing with above suggestion will make that feature all the…

Saskatchewan Time Zone Added
Have Saskatchewan Time Zone in GLM Settings
Saskatchewan time never changes so the current site settings do not work for us here in Saskatchewan.
ie. Our site reads 10am when it is 9am in SK.

Date LOI or Application Last Updated
Right now the system only saves the first date an applicant saved an LOI or application draft. You have no idea if someone has abandoned the application or if they are slowly working on it. Is there a way to show when someone last saved an application or LOI? Furthermore, can you create a report that would show this information? Right now, quick export only shows the first date an application or LOI was saved so if you made the first change then maybe the date would be correct in quick export...?

Denial Date
Hello! We recently moved a number of applications into "Denial Draft" and then, a few weeks later, into "Deny." It appears Foundant records their denial dates as the dates they were moved into "Denial Draft." Would it be possible to change that so that denial dates are the dates they are formally and finally denied? It would more accurately reflect our decision-making process. Thanks!Bob Hybben

Email history sort by date sent is incorrect
I noticed that if I'm in the Contact Email History page and I sort by date sent, it sorts by the month and day and seems to disregard year. For example, 08/26/2022 comes before 08/17/2023. The sort really needs to consider the year.

follow up submission dates
It would be really helpful if the submitted date for follow ups showed the last submitted date. Final report submission dates are important for our audit compliance checks and right now the system gets stuck on the first submission date (i.e. a grantee accidently clicked submit/did not correctly complete the form and our staff return the form to draft but when they resubmit the form it still shows the first date which does not accurately reflect when we received the report).

Payment Tracker - Pull Date Options
For us it would be very helpful if the payment tracker pull date could be changed from "Due Date" to "Payment Date." This customization option would provide us with increased accuracy in the payment tracker feature. We can currently export this data using the report tools but simply entering the start and end date in payment tracker that filtered the actual date the check was written, would be awesome. Thanks for all your efforts.

follow up due date entry field
It would help to eliminate the globe icon in the Due Date box. It takes up too much space and makes it difficult to see/enter the date you want.

Highlight select dates in due date calendar pop-up
In addition to not assigning due dates that fall on a weekend, I also like to ensure they aren't falling a holiday, or other date that the Foundation's offices are closed. Right now I have to refer to an external calendar when assigning forms to ensure that the due dates I assign follow the rules. I'd like to be able to input dates (likely in the GLM site settings) that would be highlighted (i.e. font color = red) in the calendar pop-up, so I will have a visual indicator to not select those dates when assigning due dates.
