Allow all organization contacts to view primary contact
We use the primary contact to denote the person who will receive grant letters/agreements at an organization. This person is typically the President/CEO or another officer and doesn't have an actual login. However, since grantees are unable to view their organization's primary contact they are unable to let us know when that person has left the organization and information needs to be updated.
A feature exists where applicants can view other requests AND other contacts at the organization. However, we don’t want applicants to be able to view other requests even if it’s from the same organization - we only want them to be able to see the primary contact/other contacts. There is also a way support can turn on the ability for applicants to edit organization information, but the available fields don’t include the primary contact.
It would be great to have a way to make the primary contact viewable to applicants - perhaps included with the organization information viewable at the top of a proposal. I think it would also be a good idea to be a view only option, so they have to contact us for the edit. Some of our grantees are large and different departments may have a different preference for the primary contact, so we would want them to contact us before making changes.
