Change Log back to detail it used to provide
The log previously provided more detail on what was actually changed. Now in some areas, it's just showing the CSuite reference ID for the field that was changed. This is extremely confusing to follow as sometimes it's not anywhere else in the system. For example, instead of showing the phone number and address in the log that was added or removed, it just has the field reference ID. And I can't tell which phone number or address was updated based on it. Additionally, I just changed the subgroup on a fund, and instead of it saying the name of the…

Always include "Forgot Password" link on login page
The "Forgot Password" link on the login page only appears after a user has a failed login attempt - but it should be present on the login screen always.
Many staff members know they've forgotten their password and thus don't even bother trying to log in. This leads to a significant number of calls to our internal helpdesk, and we always have to tell users "it's a dumb thing that Foundant does, but you'll need to have at least one failed login attempt and then you can reset your password." This is how the first encounter with CSuite goes for…

New User records should default to "Individual" profile types rather than "Organization" profile types
New "User" records should create an associated "Individual" profile type rather than an "Organization" profile type.
Why does adding a new "User" to CSuite create an "Organization" profile type? Our users are people (individuals). Every time we hire new staff we have to manually convert the profile record to an individual type, and then change the profile's "org" name from "John Smith" to "Community Foundation for...". The default should be an individual record type.

Single Sign On with Microsoft 365
Could C-Suite consider integrating single sign on capabilities with Microsoft 365 for employees? This would increase security and cut back on the number of passwords to maintain per user.

Multifactor Authentication - Please allow for "Trusted Device" (with expiration)
Multifactor Authentication - Please allow for "Trusted Device" (with expiration). This would allow for frequent users on trusted devices to bypass MFA for a period of time (e.g., 30 days). This is similar to many financial site features. The expiration period should be admin settable (1-90 days).

Logs for Bulk Updates through Reports please
Can we please have Logs for bulk updates through Reports (especially unsaved reports and reports created by "Upload IDs" for bulk changes)?
Right now, if it's a bulk update (at least bulk updates through Custom Reports), there is no Log records showing in the Log under Profile page. There is a Log in Reports page, but it only shows logs for saved reports.
There are a lot of bulk updates we did through "Upload IDs" in the Report page, and there is nowhere to see the records of those changes. It would be nice if the bulk updates can be…

Showing address/ email changes on Log for online donations
When a donation is completed online, the Log does not reflect when new contact information is automatically updated on an existing profile. We need to be able to see when a new address is created at the time of checkout to at least give us the opportunity to contact the donor to confirm the new address should be marked primary and the old inactive, when applicable.

log file updates
Logging for updates to attached files. Employee that made the edit to: Description, File Category, Share or Sticky. Time/date stamp the change was made. Now that we have this capability it would be nice to have the ability to audit it.
