Visualize custom reports in pie chart, bar chart, or other data visualization
Similar to HubSpot's reporting features, it would be useful to have the option to visualize our custom reports in visualizations other than a table.
Ideally, this would allow our data visualizations to update as new data is added into Csuite.
Right now, users need to export the data and create visualization manually. This means that the data is not automatically updated as new data is entered into Csuite.

search by check batch number
It would be helpful to have the ability to search by check batch number. Currently, I see no option under the custom check report to include batch number as a field. This makes references to check batches less useful. E.g., a description in a recent background job said "Generate Check Documents: Batch 2372" but I couldn't search by the check batch, and the only way to locate it was to manually click through all of our bank accounts and look at the posted checks until I found batch 2372.

Add Reference Profile Fields to Notes Report
Maybe a crazy idea, can you add profile fields to the Notes report related to the referenced profile on the note?
Specifically, when a note is added to a profile or vendor record, we need the option to pull Profile Custom Fields into the report for the referenced profile or vendor.
Today, we must export this information and do this translation in Excel.

Vendors Paid Report
I think we need the Vendor Paid report back. I know there is a new 1099 Report but this is only for vendors that you have set up to receive 1099s. We have been with CSuite several years and many vendors were set up before I started. The Vouchers report can have the date range I need but it lists every voucher by date order rather than by vendor order. I also need the total paid for this time period instead of each voucher paid this period. I used the old Vendors Paid report to catch those vendors that were…

Reporting on Campaign Goal, Donations, Pledges
Need the ability to set a campaign goal and then report on the total amount of donations and pledges that have been linked to the campaign. Not currently able to pull Campaign Name, Goal Amount, Total Donations and Total Pledges into one report.

Allow Admins to edit reports created by other users
System admins should have the ability to edit reports created by other users and should have the ability to take over the ownership of any reports created by another user when the user is deactivated.

Have the ability to customize financial reports with funds across the top for the budget to actual reports.

The soft credit report should show the name of the donor, plus the name you linked under soft credit.

Creating multiple reports from one report/database
When using an existing report, it would be nice to be able to use that report with additional filters and be able to save that report as a "new" report. So in a sense, using the existing report as a "data set" and then be able to create multiple reports (from this existing report).

Custom Reports: Add Additional fields for Recurring Grants
In custom reports/recurring grant fields please add fields for "Total Number of Grants", "Number of Grants Created" and "Remaining Amount". This information is currently being posted on the donor portal but not available in reporting.

Custom Reports: Fund balances on a prior date
In Custom Reports, please have the option to filter dates with Current Fundbalance and Current Principal. I realize this option is in Financials, but we run various reports that we need the fund balance, principal with different dates.

Report on 1st time donors to a fund, including fund advisors
As a community foundation, we would like to know who are the first time donors to our operating fund on an annual basis. While we can run a donor report with information on individual donors (like first date and last date of donations), we receive a lot of donations from institutional funds (Fidelity, Schwab, etc) and it isn't possible to bring fund advisor information into that report.

Journal entry approval
It would be good to have the option to add the name of the approver to a journal entry report to show that it was approved. It is currently not a merge field for reporting.

Add Vendor ID to Check Voucher Report and Voucher-Vendors Report
Please add the Vendor ID as a field selection in both the Check Voucher Report and the Voucher-Vendors Report.

Bulk Edit the Type (Task Type Name) within Custom Note Report
We have several notes without a Task Type Name associated with them.
We would like to create a report to narrow down to a certain set of notes and bulk assign the type to the list of notes.

Add Profile Fund Category to Fund Advisor Fund Custom Report
Can you add the Profile Fund Categories to the Fund Advisor Fund Custom Report? We establish tab settings based on the profile fund category.
We have been unable to find any other report that combines the tabs with the profile fund categories, fund advisors and fund information.

Custom Reports - Sort Order
Either sort Custom reports by Name or add ability to select preferred sort order within each category. Currently reports are sorted by ID Account (date created)
