  1. Change fund on donation

I wish there was a way to do a fund adjustment on a donation. There is an option to change donor, but not to change fund. There are occasions where we find this out after the period has closed and there's no great way to fix it.

  2. I would love to see a donor history view that looks similar to fund history. Now when you click into a fund's history, you see top donors, a graph of giving over time, and a pie chart. It would be wonderful to see this on a donor's profile as well that easily displays funds they have given to, years they have given the most etc. etc.

  3. Please add the ability to edit profile payment details. If you've gone through the process of creating a profile payment but set an incorrect date or amount, the whole profile payment has to be deleted. This is particularly challenging once you've already created invoices and donations tied to the profile payment.

  4. Would like the ability to split or allocate a public security donation to more than one fund.

  5. When generating Pledge Reminders/Statements, it would be very helpful to be able to merge them into Word so changes can be made to specific letters. Currently after clicking on Payment Documents all the pledge letters are merged into a PDF.

  6. In other DBs I’ve used there is a way to export a complete donor/prospect profile report that lists all information in the person’s record (contact info, prospect ratings, relationships, giving, granting (is applicable), notes, etc. in an exportable report – preferably into Word or a PDF. This is very useful for us to use as a working doc in a prospect meeting. (Perhaps I’m just to old school, but paper one can make notes on is still very helpful.)

Another VERY helpful element would be the ability for Foundant to pull in fields from one of the major prospect research…

  7. I need to know the last 3 Donations of a Donor when creating the weekly report. This will allow us to modify our salutations to them.
