  1. we don't want to confuse our fund advisors - please put the word "fund advisor" on the profile card if they are a fund advisor - in the new portal.

  2. We've had users ask us to add a date next to the fund balance in their portal with the option to view past monthly fund balances, possibly in graph form. This would allow users to view the balance of every month and see the direction things are headed. Also giving the option to filter by dates. Showing them the trend of their fund, especially through visuals, could be a nice touch.

  4. In the Portal currently, when someone goes to Profile - Contact Preferences, it is blank. You have to click on Edit Information to even know what that screen is even about. Is there a way to show the options before clicking "Edit Information?

  5. We really need a way to manage font color/size/weight in the CSS page. Menus / navigation font is so light in color and weight that it cannot possibly be meeting contrast/visibility requirements for accessibility. We need an easy way to adjust that without having to build all the styling within our content html.

In the Fund Advisor tab, when a user clicks the menu item to make a Grant Request, it leads to a page that lists a bunch of recent grants, but there doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason as to the time frame of the grants listed. I've logged in as different Fund Advisors (with old DAFs) and the grants listed aren't the same time frame. One listed grants as of last May, one listed grants as of last February. It seems strange and arbitrary.

  8. New Portal - login as. When you login to the fund advisor portal as a fund holder you get kicked out of CSuite as yourself.

    This is a nightmare for every user who talks with fund advisors having to sign back into CSuite every time they look at someone else's portal information.

    The suggestion to login in two browsers, still results in the staff person having to log in repeatedly to CSuite in the second browser.

  9. The Grant History page shows the name of the advisor that made the grant request.

    When you go to export this page to a spreadsheet using the Export option, the exported spreadsheet does not include this field. Please add the name of the advisor who made the request to the export spreadsheet.

  10. Please make the Grant Request button that appears on Grants AND Scholarships on the new Giving Hub OPTIONAL. The button is not needed for scholarships as they have an application process already (in most cases).

  11. This idea was already archived in the idea lab, but I'm bringing it back, as it is could still be improved.

    When fund advisors update their account info in the portal (which is great!), staff receives an email notification with a link to the fund advisor record. We then click on the link, go to the profile, and then have to view the logs to determine what was changed. The email notification should included the details on what was changed OR when in Csuite, the updated information should be an alert for staff to acknowledge or "approve" the change.

  12. If a fund advisor has multiple funds, i.e. an affiliate, on the screen where they can choose which fund to access, is there a way to put the fund balance under the fund name? That way you can see the fund balance without opening each fund.

  14. I propose two key enhancements to the Fund Advisor Portal:

    File Upload Feature:

    Allow fund advisors to upload files directly through the portal. This would streamline the submission process for grant requests by enabling them to attach relevant documents, such as proposals and supporting materials.
    Customizable Fields and Questions:

    Implement a feature that allows administrators to add or modify questions and fields in the grant request forms. This flexibility would help ensure we gather all necessary information tailored to different grant opportunities and donor requirements.

  15. When a Fund Advisor is on the (new) Donor Portal page, a button shows up that says "Make a donation". This takes them to a donations page with all of the promoted Funds along with the user's DAF. This is a bit confusing for our user base, and we would like the option for that button to instead direct them to a page that only shows their own Fund(s). To be clear, it directs them here: https://topjfoundation.fcsuite.com/erp/donate We would prefer that it directs them to their own fund (fund id 1111 in this example) https://topjfoundation.fcsuite.com/erp/donate/create/fund?funit_id=1111

  16. Customizing the Portal's styles is unnecessarily difficult. In part, this is because the elements on each page are only given generic classes. In particular, the body element has the classes "ft_body" and "portal." But that makes it very difficult to target the content of only one page with a desired style.

    Instead, the body element should be given a unique id attribute to distinguish the page on which it appears from every other page. Ideally, the id should identify the role-based portal in which the page appears and the function of the page within that portal.

  17. We have some Philanthropic Interest Types that are internal only and others we would choose not to list given the option. Adding a toggle next to show/hide in the portal would be great.

  19. Create customizable options for the Top Donor's and Top Grantees charts on the home page. Many of our donors fund their DAFs with a single contribution, like an endowment. In this situation, when the donation is past the default date, which looks like the last 12 months, the donor is welcomed to a blank and confusing screen. A sample is attached. If there was a way to change the default date that is shown in the top right corner that would be great, or simply showing all donations, would be good. A blank chart looks really bad and is confusing…

  20. Some of our fund holders are confused by some language and say it is not intuitive and feels too "jargon-y." We appreciate the option to edit language on some of the headers, it would be great to extend that to more places on the portal. We add instructions at the top of each page, but sometimes that isn't enough.

    Some specific requests we've gotten to update the language are:

    "COPY" button under the grants tab.
    "Search Grantee" and "Manual Grantee" buttons when requesting a grant
    "Description" and "Additional grantee contact" when requesting a grant.
