  2. Fund Advisor donation notifications currently don't include tribute information, if the donation has been made in honour/memory of someone. It would be helpful if that was a field that could be added to donation notifications, as it's very important to some of our fund advisors to keep track of this for their own fundraising purposes.

  3. I am in agreement that they s/b able to correct their contact information but I think it would be better at the profile level to then be toggled "inactive" instead of disappearing altogether "deleted". Instance that just happened they removed their work email and replaced with a personal email, which is fine but now the work email is no longer on their profile at all. Please change to inactivated vs deleted when changes are done on the portal.

  4. We would like to be able to allow our fund advisors to see a variety of combinations of donor information (all info, just name, name and contact info, name and amount, etc.). Right now the portal only allows all or nothing. It would be great if we could choose what donor/donation information fund advisors see in the portal using checkboxes, kind of like we choose for them to see donations, grants, grants catalog, grant recommendations, invoices, etc.

    (This was posted before but Foundant combined it with a similar but actually quite different idea!)

  5. The Recognition Name is not shown as a column on the Contributions tab of the Fund Portal. When the information is exported, the Recognition Name is shown, but that isn’t something that a fund rep is going to do every time they access the portal to look at donations. Donors are misled into thinking that the Recognition Name is being shared with the fund rep, when, in actuality, the fund rep has to make an effort to find it. Can this be added?

  6. Although the bulk edits are handy, it would be better if we could do the edits by fund group or some other filter. The "Set Tab Permissions" button has this functionality, but the "Set notify" and "Set Statement Type" do not - it is all or nothing. All the bulk edits should have the same functionality.

  7. Send one Donation Notify and Grant Notify email per day summarizing gift activity or grant activity for that fund that day rather than, in some cases, dozens of transactional emails.

  8. The other day we had a check that printed on plain paper by accident. We had to adjust all the grants in the batch (cancel payment and then pay again) in order to re-print the check. Every advisor received a notice that payment was cancelled. This caused a lot of confusion. Is there a way to program CSuite so it does not send a notice when "cancelling" a grant payment?

Although the current fund advisor portal element of the C-Suite platform does offer fundholders the opportunity to make grant advisements, the process is not very engaging and the design appears to the user as more of a back-office accounting process, rather than an engaging user experience. This is resulting in limited use by fundholders, resulting in more manual processing in the advisement and accounting work required in approving the advisements and processing the grant payments. Do others feel that you would benefit form a more engaging fund advisor portal experience? We appreciate all that C-Suite does for us, we are…

  10. Rename Unsubmitted Grant Requests to Grant Cart ... people are used to having a cart. Right now we have to check the "list cart" to make sure donors aren't leaving intended grants in their cart. Also, any thoughts to send emails to donors if they have an unsubmitted grant in their cart to remind them? Like you receive if you left something in your shopping cart?

  11. Please link donation notes so they are viewable in the donor portal. It is labor-intensive to have to compile all the notes for a particular fund and send them on to the fund founder. We recently had 168 gifts made in a donor's memory and had to pull these into a separate file to share with his widow.

  12. Can the "Fund Advisor" section when viewing a fund be renamed to "Donor Portal" to more accurately reflect it's function? We have different levels of Fund Advisors. True advisors, statement recipients only, etc. Not everyone connected to a fund is a Fund Advisor which creates confusion within the system.

  14. Some of our funds have several fund advisors. Some of these fund advisors do not want and/or need statements. It would be helpful to have a statement option at the fund advisor level to suppress statements or indicate "No Statements". Currently, the checkbox for statements is at the fund level. At the fund advisor level, the only selections available for statement type is paper, online, or email. Can we get an option to suppress statements at the fund advisor level or a statement type that states "no statements"?

  15. Our old software isolated recurring grants in the donor portal which was very helpful for the donors/fundholders. It would be great if the donor/fundholder didn't need to scroll down on the grants tab to view recurring grants in the middle of multiple rows of grants listed but instead have a separate tab to "manage/view recurring grants".

  17. It would be nice for our parent funds to be able to see the total fund balance (total of all sub-funds) on the home screen of the fund advisor portal. Currently it is showing current balance and available balance as $ . on all our parent funds.

  18. It would be nice to have the option to transfer/share the File Categories to the Fund/Donor Portal and be able to sort them as needed. ie. We share Thank you letters with some Advisors, by uploading and selecting the proper category in CSuite, it could sync over the Category and file to the files tab in the portal. This option would also make it easier to view for Fund Advisors.

  19. On the Fund Portal at the top the text says Fund Advisors for anyone who has access. This is confusing as many people with access are not Advisors (for example statement recipients for Designated funds). Please change this text to say something like Fund Access. This label is causing some of our people with fund access confusion about what level of access/advisory privileges they have. Fund Advisor is a specific term for Donor Advised Funds.

  20. The graphs on the fund advisor portal are great....except that we do not share donation amounts with the fund advisor. If you hold your cursor over the graph for donations, it shows the amount. Could we have the option to turn this off? Or have more options about what we could have on each portal? It might be nice for some just to have their grant history. The graphs are very impressive & we think our advisors will appreciate the visual.
