  1. When in Profiles/Vendor/Vouchers, after reviewing an individual voucher, you should be navigating back to the list in the Voucher tab, but it defaults back to the Details tab. Can this be fixed to stay within the Voucher tab so you can open another voucher?

  2. When we export mailing lists from campaigns, it does not have the title of individuals at organizations. We'd like to have this on our mailings.

  3. Could we add a feature to loans where we can record a lump principal payment? Right now, you have to manually go and delete any future payments and then add a new line in the payment schedule for the lump principal payment. It's super time consuming and manual the way it currently is set up, especially if it's a loan with a lot of payments. Additionally, it removes the historical data of when the loan was originally going to be paid, interest totals etc.

  4. The soft credit report should show the name of the donor, plus the name you linked under soft credit.

  5. When someone is registering for an event with Quantity of 1 and they select Organization, there should be a field to add the individuals name. The function to add Organization and Individual name is only available if the quantity is more than one and adding a "guest".

  6. When adding a note to a till deposit, once you type your note and hit "Add Note" the system takes you back to some other random deposit...not the deposit you were on. The note does attach properly to the original deposit you had selected but why does it not take you right back to the same deposit once you have finished the note??

  7. Allow funds related to a donor to exist in the donor's fund advisor record, even those they are not 'advising' so all funds can be visible in one place. Allow the option to have a fund 'hidden' on the fund advisor portal.

  8. Add option to email to more than one email in an organization, under the organizational profile set up as a fund advisor. Example executive director and finance director receive the emailed fund statement, without having to create a new profile.

  9. When the One Check Per Vendor check box is checked it will combine all vouchers for that vendor onto one check even if one of the vouchers has a different payment address. We pay vendors that have different remittance addresses based on the department we are paying. We also have scholarship payments to universities that have different payment addresses based on the school the student is going to (e.g., Medical, Law). We do not want to have to create a Profile for each payment address. Please make it so that the checks are combined for each vendor but separated by…

  10. When using an existing report, it would be nice to be able to use that report with additional filters and be able to save that report as a "new" report. So in a sense, using the existing report as a "data set" and then be able to create multiple reports (from this existing report).

  11. We are transitioning to printing grant letters on the stub of our checks. This would save paper and tons of admin time with mailing/signing. However, the way the system is currently set up, check templates can only be set by the bank account. We primarily use one bank account for accounts payable, grant and scholarship checks. Having only one template per bank account makes it more complicated when all the checks are generated with the same check template and need a lot of conditional formatting to make it work for 3-4 check printing formats.   12. In the Fund Advisor Portal, it would be nice to be able to customize the columns of information show for grant or contribution history. For example, on the grant history, we would like to show a column that lists the fund advisor who recommended each grant. That information is on the grant if you drill down, but you can't see it from the table view.

  13. When creating a scholarship from SLM or manually within cSuite, the student name is being populated in the grant description field by default. We have students that wish to not share their names, so this make this process much more labor intensive having to manually edit the names out each and every time.

  14. When an opportunity is linked to a donation (and/or hopefully a payment) have a way for the system to update the related stage of the opportunity to show the money was received, if that is a stage on the opportunity.

    It's not much to have to click on the opportunity to update the stage, but it adds a step that can be missed.

  15. Would make such a difference if we could make the mini edits we often need to do in a letter (to personalize, make a small correction, etc.) right in the platform. Downloading to word in order to make the edits and then being left with no record of the actual letter sent unless we re-upload it to just an attached file just adds to the clicks and time to do the task.

  16. I’m interested in a mapping tool that can address verify (like address validation on Google) and where applicants can put in the project location start and end points. Our program funds street projects so we need valid addresses for start and end points, that could be placed on a map with x/y or lat/long coordinates automatically, rather than general areas/intersections, where as of now these have to individually and manually be changed to a map-able format for each location.   17. It would be helpful to our fund advisors if "Donor Advisor" were also a field on the system email Donationnotifyemail_body. Ultimately, it would be most helpful if we could customize these emails with additional donation fields that are needed instead of only being able to use the default fields that are there.

  18. When fund advisors update their account info, our staff receive an email notification with a link to the fund advisor record. We need to click on the link, go to the profile, and then view the logs to try and tell what was changed. It would be more helpful if the email notification just included the details on what was changed.

  19. It would be nice to be able to place a voucher on hold similar to the grants area. I've had a few instances where I am waiting for an account to be funded but vendors submit their invoices to me anyway. Currently I have to wait to until the Fund has money in it to enter these vouchers, but would still like the vouchers to linger and not get accidentally pushed through by another team member if they sit in the new bucket. So I keep them flagged in my email inbox.

  20. Please add the organizations contact title to the export in Campaigns. This is especially helpful when someone leaves a position so that they know the mailing should go to the new person.
