  1. A way to export the guest list with all guests instead of the guest profile. The ability to export a list of names from the tickets. And/Or a way to access the list of RSVPs without going through the entire list with the ability to export the RSVP list.

    4/5/2023: Campaigns:  Enhanced the campaign workflow to help with the tracking of events and mailings.  Each campaign will now be associated by type.  Campaign types are event, marketing or historical.  The assigned type will drive different campaign functionality.  A campaign categorized as events, will allow a user to create tickets, groups, and requests for the campaign.  Marketing will be used if the campaign is intended to create a mailing list to communicate with donors and other constituents.  Historical will be a way to move completed campaigns into a separate list for campaigns that are no longer being used by the foundation.  Campaigns will still be managed by user defined categories and can be archived within the category list.  The campaign page has been redesigned to have a bucket system just below the event information and image at the top of the page. Each bucket will then trigger different left hand…

  2. We'd like to be able to cancel historical grants and their scheduled payments. We have scholarships that transferred over from our old system into Csuite as grants and we'd like to clean up our lists. They have installments that haven't been paid because the student quit attending school, and currently, when we click "cancel" next to the installment we receive a message that states "Can not cancel a historical payment line (maybe in the future)...."

  3. It might be helpful to include the creation date of Idea Lab suggestions on the main search screen (maybe next to the title of the idea?). I try to review the lab regularly, and the "New" tab is helpful....however, you can't see the creation date until you click into an idea...so I often waste time trying to figure out where I left off.

  4. It would be amazing if we could add a custom field for Funds like we can on profiles. That way we can tag funds with their field of interest instead of tagging the Owners who may have multiple funds.

  5. Currently, online donations via Stripe create a New Profile if the donor enters different data in any of these four fields: First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email. For orgs that receive numerous online gifts, the duplicates can quickly become a nightmare. We suggest the Stripe-CSuite data matching be modified to look for a match on 2 of 3 fields - say, last name, street address or email address, to reduce the number of duplicate profiles.

    Please also:
    - add 'date created', and the ability to sort by date created in the duplicates form
    -devise a bulk de-deduping process

  6. Currently, you have to go one-by-one to send grant letters out. It would be helpful to be able to choose a handful of ones you would like to send out automatically via the Foundant email system and bulk send.

    You can currently print grant letters in batch from the check batch.  From checks, find the grant batch and select check run.  You will see an option to print grant letters for the batch.  We are releasing a new enhancement to the sandbox this week, then live on December 7th, 2022 that will move the production of grant letters to a bucket in the grant area.  Keep an eye on release notes.

  7. It would be incredibly helpful to have a grant letter tracking "section" within the grant itself that shows a timestamp of when the grant letter was sent and to whom.
    A bonus would be to have the actual grant letter attached to that timestamp to see EXACTLY what the letter sent (with the actual date, not the automatic date that shows up when you go to see/download the grant letter at a later date).

    Templates for Grant & Scholarship Letters: Moved the processing of Grant & Scholarship letters from the check area. This will allow program staff the ability to create grant and scholarship letters separate from the creation of checks. There is now a documents bucket in grants and scholarships. Letters will still be grouped by check batch so that clients can easily print or email letters in bulk. If the check batch is unposted, it will remove the batch from the documents bucket. If clients, recreate a check both letters will attach to the grant/scholarship. When emailing grant/scholarship letters, the email address will pull from the primary email on the p

  8. Our donors would like to be able to give a recurring donation split between multiple recipients each month through the online portal with their credit card. Or at the very least be able to split their one-time donation through the portal to go to various recipients.

  9. The ability to link organizations as Parent/Child is so helpful but please make reporting on these relationships possible!

    The ability to pull a profile report that shows if an organization is a parent or child and who that parent or child is would be extremely helpful.

  12. When assessing a manual admin fee on a fund, it would be helpful to have the option to choose an expense account other than the default admin fee account. For our organization, we have two admin fee expense accounts. One of these is set as the default and is often the one we want to use, but it would be helpful to have the option to specify the other account in some situations.

    Our current workarounds are: (a) process the admin fee and correct via journal entry or (b) edit the default account prior to processing the admin fee, process…

    6/7/2023: Admin Fee: The following enhancements are now available for Admin Fees: the ability to set funds in bulk to an admin fee type, an option to add a note to an admin fee, and on manual admin fees, the ability to select the receiving fund and accounts. The ability to create a manual admin fee is now an option in the left hand menu on the admin fee page.

    Also enhanced the fund record’s Admin fee section to have a start date field.  This start date can be used to enter a starting date to begin processing admin fees on a fund. The start date will look at the admin fees posting date. For example, if the fund’s admin fee start date is set to 1/1 and admin fee posting date is 12/31, it will not charge that fund for that admin fee.

  13. We send a different award letters for checks and ACH payments, It would be amazing to be able to batch grants from different managers and send the letters in a merge instead of one by one.
    We process a large amount every week and going back to each record is time consuming. thank you!

  14. We have an excess of 700 funds and now when printing the fund statements for review we get a printout for each advisor on that fund which is some cases the batch is 750 pages for a very small division.

  15. Seems to me there's a lot of unused screen real estate horizontally. Could some of the blocks that you have to scroll for be moved to the existing second and maybe add a 3rd column? They could be grouped logically for less scrolling.

    8/2/2023: Funds: Updated UI to align with look and feel of profiles and campaigns. The fund record now has a header which contains the main fund information and is available on all tabs. In order to organize fund information and limit the left side menu options, the following tabs have been added: Details, Relationships, Settings, Fund Statements, Files & Notes.

    On the Details tab, clients will see the main details of the fund such as: short name, creation date, fund groups, and the fund assets sections.  We have also moved budget and loans, from the Options settings to Details card . Reports are still located on the Detail’s Tab, but have all been grouped under on left hand menu: Reports.  Once Reports is selected a new page will appear and all of the Reports will appear in the left hand menu.

    On the Relationship's Tab clients will find Scholarships, Beneficiaries,…

  16. It would be helpful to know when new permissions have been added in the system, with a very brief description of what that permission is. Existing permissions don't change much but if they do that should be noted as well. An idea might be a special permissions log that shows any changes in the system to permissions, but any notification, such as in release notes, helps.

  17. When creating / modififying functionality in the database it would be great some of the enhancements are made optional to each Foundation. This is most important when making changes that have a direct impact on donor interaction.

    Some examples include:
    Sending seperate fund statements for fund advisors - many users thought this was a great idea but our fund advisors are very unhappy at the mulitple emails

    Student names on Fund statements - some foundations need it and some do not want the names to show

  18. When merging profiles, attached files do not migrate to the merged profile. Instead, the attached files from the deleted profile are lost. Please allow attached files to carry over to the merged profile.

  20. When sending grants to CSuite for a Grant Cycle Catalog, there is no way to send the "Long Description" field, so that it appears on the Donate page for the grant. All that appears on the Donate page is the "short" Description. Perhaps the Summary field could be used instead, if there is no long description?
