  1. Searching for individual profile in a campaign using 'Search Donor/Guest' field, click a profile and a small box appears with their campaign info. I would like a 'delete' from campaign button there. Otherwise I have to scroll the entire list to delete that one individual.

    4/5/2023: Campaigns:  Enhanced the campaign workflow to help with the tracking of events and mailings.  Each campaign will now be associated by type.  Campaign types are event, marketing or historical.  The assigned type will drive different campaign functionality.  A campaign categorized as events, will allow a user to create tickets, groups, and requests for the campaign.  Marketing will be used if the campaign is intended to create a mailing list to communicate with donors and other constituents.  Historical will be a way to move completed campaigns into a separate list for campaigns that are no longer being used by the foundation.  Campaigns will still be managed by user defined categories and can be archived within the category list.  The campaign page has been redesigned to have a bucket system just below the event information and image at the top of the page.   2. Oftentimes when creating a new fund, we won't want to charge an admin fee for the first quarter after the fund is initially set up. However, there is no option to choose when to begin charging an admin fee for a new fund. Currently, we either have to leave off the admin fee of the new fund and remember to return after charging the quarter's admin fees to add a fee code or we have to go ahead and add the admin fee on the new fund at setup and remember to review the list of new funds before charging…

    6/7/2023: Admin Fee: The following enhancements are now available for Admin Fees: the ability to set funds in bulk to an admin fee type, an option to add a note to an admin fee, and on manual admin fees, the ability to select the receiving fund and accounts. The ability to create a manual admin fee is now an option in the left hand menu on the admin fee page.

    Also enhanced the fund record’s Admin fee section to have a start date field.  This start date can be used to enter a starting date to begin processing admin fees on a fund. The start date will look at the admin fees posting date. For example, if the fund’s admin fee start date is set to 1/1 and admin fee posting date is 12/31, it will not charge that fund for that admin fee.

  3. It would be much easier for the advisors to have tributes (in memory of or in honor of) on the front facing portion of gifts on the portal. Frequently this info is needed for thank you notes. Currently the advisor needs to export gifts in order to see this information. This is not intuitive. We frequently need to explain the process and at times run a report and email to our donors who aren't computer savvy.

    8/2/2023: Tributes: In order to manage tributes more efficiently, a new workflow has been designed for Tributes.

    The Tribute list view is now a custom report with the ability to sort each column and  have the ability to apply filters, save filtered lists, export, email and load for future use. On the left hand menu, there is also a new Delete Unused menu item.  This will allow clients to delete any unused tributes that do not have donations attached to the tribute or if the tribute does not have associated notify information. If the notify address or email information is not completed, the tribute information will move to a non-notify tribute field.  This will allow clients to retain the information about the tribute on the donation in a text field.

  4. Would like to be able to skip the time spent loading the charts in Fund History - we are often searching for a specific donation or grant and don't want or need the pie charts. Clicking on donations or grants should directly pull up the list and then if we want or need the charts there should be an option to pull those up instead of having to wait through the time for the chart to load and then the list to load.

  6. Can no longer see all the details...The enhancement to the Detail Trail Balance is great to show all the GL accounts with activity for a specific date range but we can no longer see the detailed trial balance in one location.

  9. I have to go back more than a year a re-reconcile my main checking account. It sure would be helpful to have an "uncheck all" button at the top, so I don't have to uncheck more than a year's worth of items.

  10. Option for donors to set an end date for their Recurring Donations on online donation page. When donors enter their recurring donation online there is no end date that is able to be set, they must contact the office if they want to set an end date, for efficiency it would be easier for the donor to enter that date.

  11. When a Note is flagged for Alert, the Note Type doesn't display in the Alert banner. Could the Note Type be included in the banner so it's a more meaningful quick reference? If the Note Type label is conveying information - SEE STEWARD or something like that - then there would be no need to retype that in the Note text box.

  13. Currently there doesn't seem to be a way to bulk post electronic payments that have been paid. It would be nice to be able to be able to select all the paid electronic payments to post them at once instead of one at a time.

  14. I have several endowment funds that grant annually to the same grantee(s) by percentage, e.g., 50% to A, 25% to b, 25% to C, of each year's annual distribution. And always wanting the checks to be mailed the same day every year. Using beneficiaries and recurring grants, would love a function that would do the annual math since the amount changes each year.

  15. Please make minimum admin fees applicable to each admin fee period. For instance we have a $500/year admin fee minimum and fees are assessed quarterly Since our admin fees are charged quarterly, the minimum should be applied by quarter ( $125/qtr) instead of a "true up" at the last fee of the year. It makes it difficult to budget those fees if we don't receive the bulk of them until year end. And if a fund closes before year end we don't get the minimum fee.

  16. For vendors that are individuals, I would like to suggest that there social security number is more protected. Right now it is listed clearly on their profile. I would suggest somehow masking the number, or at a minimum moving it over to their vendor info.

  17. It would be great if we could make notes into alerts on grant records as you can in other areas of the software. There are often special things to be aware of relating to a certain grant, so the alert feature would be really helpful for staff to be able to immediately identify a potential issue when opening a grant. Thanks for considering!

  18. We have our letter built into our fund statements. The fund statement that shows in the "Fund Statements (Calendar Year)" section of the fund page should be a static pdf file. Not a file that re-generates the date each time it is clicked on. The statement that is marked as "reviewed" on should be the same document anyone else would see if they went to click on it for later use, since that is what would have been mailed to the donor.

  19. It would be great if we could create an invoice from the tickets in campaigns rather than "selling" a ticket immediately. This way it will separate the donation and fees versus having to create invoices through regular payments. I have to open previous month's books in order to delete invoices and re-create them in the campaign once I finally receive the payment.

  20. We are not automatic with Stripe yet so maybe this will change. But when I reconcile deposits, instead of rolling each deposit date up into one total in the bank reconciliation area, it lists each gift out. It makes it difficult when cash is not reconciling to find the issue. Requesting that the total deposit that is reconciled is totaled in the bank rec area versus individual line items
