  1. As the new Fund Advisor portal is built out, we need the option to NOT show spendable balance on some funds. This could be as easy as a checkbox on the fund settings - Show Spendable or Not Show Spendable. Discussed this with Chris Sutton at Summit and he stated it would be doable. :)

    This a large pain point for us on our Donor Advised Growth funds which do not have to follow spendable but yet we still calculate it. Therefore, they end up with a large negative spendable balance showing on the portal which causes confusion.

  3. I know Foundant has been focused on enhancing the donor portal experience for users. Is there any timeline by which you think there could be potential to redirect the logout button on the portal to the page of the organization’s choice? I’m thinking about this new private label portal that we’ve designed for one of our agencies. They really want to have the logout button direct to their logo homepage, and not the our logo page. Any sense for when you think that update could be feasibly scheduled?

  4. There should be a setting that makes the any sub-funds either appear with the main fund or without it. This could be an overall Fund Advisor Portal setting.
    Currently, the fund activity shows the main fund and sub-funds added together, and the investments tab shows just the main fund information. Also, the home screen shows just the main fund information. It would be helpful for the fund advisors if there was consistency between all the tabs.
    Since we run statements separately for main and sub-funds, I think it should just show the main fund info on the main fund, but…

  5. I am in agreement that they s/b able to correct their contact information but I think it would be better at the profile level to then be toggled "inactive" instead of disappearing altogether "deleted". Instance that just happened they removed their work email and replaced with a personal email, which is fine but now the work email is no longer on their profile at all. Please change to inactivated vs deleted when changes are done on the portal.

  6. Love the new card view for the Grant Catalog. Would love to have this same view for the Fund Manager portal as well so when a fund advisor logs into their fund portal and clicks the Grant Catalog link, the catalog would be in card style like the donation portal of Fund Listing, Grant Catalog, Events, and Nonprofits since we don't use Stripe.

  7. We would like to give a few more system setting options to some of our fund advisors but these settings can only be done universally - any way we could edit the universal setting on the advisor itself just for that advisor?

  9. Send one Donation Notify and Grant Notify email per day summarizing gift activity or grant activity for that fund that day rather than, in some cases, dozens of transactional emails.

  10. Fund Advisor donation notifications currently don't include tribute information, if the donation has been made in honour/memory of someone. It would be helpful if that was a field that could be added to donation notifications, as it's very important to some of our fund advisors to keep track of this for their own fundraising purposes.

  11. The auto-generated "Advisorrequestconfirmemailbody" email is not in the Email History for that Fund Advisor. Can we please add it? (The Grant Post Notify email is in the History but not the Advisor Request Confirmation email)

  14. Fiscal projects would like the ability to see the account number vouchers or invoices are associated with on the portal to verify they were posted to the correct account in real time. This would save us a lot of work if we need to make corrections if it can be caught before the books are closed and statements are generated.

  15. It would be great if the fund advisors can edit their submitted grant requests before it is processed instead of canceling it and having to create a new one. We have had many who feel this would be helpful.

  17. It would be nice for our parent funds to be able to see the total fund balance (total of all sub-funds) on the home screen of the fund advisor portal. Currently it is showing current balance and available balance as $ . on all our parent funds.

  18. It would be nice if our fund advisors could access the notes to their invoices rather than waiting for us to send a report. They need to match the invoice to their records and the profile paying doesn’t always agree and they need to see the information captured in the notes.

  20. When a Fund Advisory clicks on an organization in their grant history with the intention of making another grant please add a link/option directly on this screen so that they have the ability to make the grant request. Currently there is no streamlined process for this - they have to leave this screen and go to the Make A Grant Recommendation tab.
