  1. account name in sections of fund statements

    It would be very helpful for our fiscal projects if we could include account name/number in all sections of fund statements. It is currently an option in some, like admin fees, assets, etc. but not available for invoices or vouchers. Our funds need this feature along with the ability to see vendor/customer name to reconcile that items were coded properly.

  3. Manipulation of Fields in Fund Statements

    It seems like we are limited to the fields given in the Fund Statement - All Fields List. Let's create a way to manipulate field codes to give us unique data.

    For Example, if I want to take the funds {{beginningbalance}} and subtract {{donationstotal}} to make a new data field.

  4. Fund Statements: default fund stmt template

    Make it easier to change the default fund statement format, like make it doable on the Fund Statement format page rather than selecting the default format edit it, save it and then go edit another format to make it the default.
    Another option would be that if a default is not selected that when you create fund statements, you could select which format you would like to use.

  5. Email Fund Statements Status

    After sending email Fund Statements it would be beneficial to see within the batches if the "Sent" job was successful. The only way to see if an email statement was delivered is to view the email history within a Fund Advisors Individual profile.

  6. Fund Statement Sort

    I saw a June 2022 idea about sorting Fund Statements by newest first that apparently has been implemented. I don't see this on my live site since statements are sorted by the Start Date column (see file). That pushes the 2023 calendar year statements at the beginning (bottom) of the 2023 reports rather than at the end (top). Sorting by End Date would move it near the top, but not exactly if the secondary sort is alpha by Description.

  7. Select Sender Email Address when sending fund statements

    As a contract accountant my email address is being used when sending fund statements. My email address should not be donor facing. I would like the option to select which email address to use when running fund statements, so that the reply email address goes to the Community Foundation contact and not myself.

  8. Fund Statements and Format Simplification

    Within the Template Record for Fund Statements, only information within Image #1 is available. I would like to see the information on the Fund Statement Format Record Page here as well (See Image #2). This would open up accessibility to the Statement Format in lieu of having to click: Fund Statements -->Formats --> Format Name, to see settings on the Fund Statement Format. The current functionality disrupts the flow of setting up Fund Statements and can be a source of confusion.

  9. grant advisor on fund statement

    Please add the Grant Advisor field as an option on Fund Statements. Some funds have multiple individuals with permission to request grants (e.g. a Family Fund with adult children). When viewing a fund statement, it would be helpful in the Grants section to be able to identify which fund advisor advised the grant.

  10. Internal Description Line - Fund Statement Module

    We would find it very helpful if there were an internal description line for fund statement batches. We use the external/donor facing line for the date/date range of the statement. As we create statements by fund group in order to provide development and donor services with their specific fund statements, all groups simply say 'July 1, 202X-09/30/20XX'. We have to select each individual batch in order to find historic information when needed. A 'Batch' level internal description would be most appreciated to assist us in saving time.   11. statement date merge fields

    When reworking our statement template we put the "generateddate" adjacen to "createddate" (date the fund was created) and were surprised the formats for the dates were different (see screenshot showing results). The format should be consistent.

  12. Set Statement Type Page needs 4th option AND a Warning

    Please add 4th option “NONE” for Fund Advisor to receive statements.

  13. Fund statements

    Please provide the option to list the school's name in the grantee detail section of a scholarship fund statement. This field is currently blank or will list the student's full name since the student is considered the grantee according to C Suite even though the payment was sent to the school. This is confusing for donors. This update would also protect the privacy of the student by including the school's name, and not the student's full name. We are not interested in the post by payment option as that feature can cause issues with financial integrity.

  14. Add voucher date or payment date to fund statement fields to be added into fund statement templates

    Currently, on the fund statement templates, under the grants options, you can only pull in grant date and not the actual payment/voucher date. Our fundholders look at the statements like bank reconciliations so the payment/voucher date would be helpful as sometimes our grant date is a week before the payment is made.

  15. Additional email for organizations receiving fund statements

    Add option to email to more than one email in an organization, under the organizational profile set up as a fund advisor. Example executive director and finance director receive the emailed fund statement, without having to create a new profile.

  17. Bring back counts in Fund Statement generation

    See attached below. This is what it used to look like when I would generate fund statements (back before a lot of updates), I WOULD LOVE THIS FEATURE TO COME BACK!!!!

    I generate the files but someone else reviews and it doesn’t provide a number now until the review is complete, which does not help me in making sure all have been accounted for prior to sending for review.

    This is what shows now but it gives me the number AFTER the fact.

    It would make my life so much more efficient to have this feature back in the generation…

  18. Student Name, Fund Statements- Post by Payment

    By using the Post by Payment process, there is no Student Name field (versus vendor or grantee name) to pull into a fund statement other than using the description field which lists fund name for every line that prints -
    ex:
    Mary Smith Scholarship Fund:: Doe, Jan
    Mary Smith Scholarship Fund:: Brown, Samuel

  20. Spendable budget field on fund statement ability to show remaining spendable AND next year's budget on year-end statements

    It would be helpful if year-end/Q4 statements had a field to show the new spendable balance for the following year, along with the existing field showing the remainder of the spendable balance as of the statement end date.

    Example, Q4 statement could show spendable balance as $100 remaining at December 31, 2022, and new spendable balance calculation of $2,000 for 2023 as of January 1.
