Custom Field permission by record type
It would add so much to our internal workflow if permissions allowed us to specify access to custom fields on each record type. For example, we track succession plans as a custom field on the fund record. Our fund liaisons want to be able to edit those selections if/when a fundholder changes them. However we cannot give them access to edit the custom field on the fund record without them having full access to edit a fund record (which we do not want).

Sandbox Permissions
When training new staff, we like to give them full permissions in the sandbox site so they can access everything and more easily see how their role fits in with other parts of our processes. However, every time we sync the sandbox site, these permissions are overwritten by our staff's more limited permissions in the live site. It would be great if there was a setting that would allow us to keep full permissions in the sandbox site even after syncing it. Thanks for considering!

Separate Unlink Fund Profile from Delete Profile Permission
In our organization, the group responsible for managing fund profile relationships is not the same as those who are responsible for deleting profiles. However, the Delete Profile permission is required in order to unlink a profile from a fund. We need these permissions separated.

Donation Tax Receipts Permission Should Control Creating a Tax Receipt
Currently, the Tax Receipts permission under Donations allows the user to process tax receipts in bulk. It does NOT control whether someone can create a new tax receipt for individual donations.
Support explained that -- “The permission to generate a tax receipt is tied to the Display permission; if you can view a donation, you can generate a tax receipt. Specifically, the Tax Receipt permission is the ability to generate tax receipts in bulk (in the donations page), and marking them as sent."

User Access- Restrict by Affiliate Funds
We currently manage 12 regional affiliates and would like to restrict the permissions for affiliate staff to just their affiliate funds. This would be similar to restricting users in GLM to certain processes.

Limit users to specific funds and profiles
RE currently allows staff members to be limited to only have access to specific funds and profiles. This is important because they allow pastors at each Parish to log into RE and pull lists of donors that have given to their fund.

General Ledger Last Close Date Permissions
Our foundation recently narrowed permissions around opening and closing the books. Since fewer people now have access to the open and close books area of CSuite, these staff can no longer see the last close date. It would be great if staff without permission to open and close the books could still see the last close date. Thanks for considering!

Need to protect anonymous donations
Hello, is there a way on memorial funds to set the quarterly reports not to include amounts? We generally do not disclose to the family the amount of a donation but it seems that's not an option for quarterly reports that generate automatically?
