One Log In Across Foundant Platforms
It's pretty frustrating for folks to have to remember all their passwords across C Suite / GLM / SLM / Compass and Idea Lab. Especially when they don't all update on the same schedule. Would be great to have some synching of the platforms.

Secure option to obtain ACH information
We'd like a secure way to obtain ACH information from grantees and vendors that feeds directly into CSuite. We obtain it now through an outside system and it's very manual and requires extra communication.

Bank reconcile - approvals and log
For stronger internal controls, our auditors recommended the addition of two pieces to the Bank Reconciliation process in CSuite:
Approvals, to support our actual workflow. We have one team member that reconciles the account, and another that approves the work. It would be wonderful if we could enable approvals like we can with Vouchers or other areas of the system.

stock gift entry - import, update description and entry order
1- Ability to import securities - helpful as some donors contribute 20+ stocks at a time
2 -Auto complete the description of the security (but field should be able to be edited if needed). The database pulls the high / low information so it should also be able to pull the name of the security
3 - Keep the securities listed in the order they are entered. For some reason csuite re-orders (in no particular order) the securities after saving the entry making it difficult to review the stock gift entry

Campaigns Without Tickets for Online Donations
Event Campaigns should be able to be created without needing to sell tickets. This would streamline online donations targeted for a specific purpose or campaign. The campaign could then have a specific URL and QR code created, like campaigns already do, but without needing donors to purchase a ticket, it could take them right to a donation page that is tied to the fund attached to that campaign. This would create more efficiency around event campaigns, continue the trend of online donations becoming more popular and accessible at events, and reduce the additional time it takes to manually attach donations…

Bank reconciliations
It would be helpful on the Bank Rec screen to be able to refresh or filter the screen based on checked/unchecked items. So once items have been checked off, you can refresh the screen to show only what has been left open. It would save a lot of time scrolling up and down while doing a rec.

Express consent to share donor info with fund holders
In order to comply with British Columbia privacy laws, we need to achieve "express consent" to share donor info via the donation pathway and track that consent so that info is shared appropriately with fund advisors. I'd like to see CSuite help us achieve that via the donation process with the addition of a checkbox during checkout.
The checkbox could look similar to the “Donation in Honour of” checkbox and read something like:
[_] Yes please share my name and contact information with the xxxFund Holder/Charity so they can contact me directly to share information about their programs and campaigns.…

Change "no-reply@fcsuite.com" to Default Email Reply To
We are continuing to have problems with Fund Advisors telling us that they are not receiving system-generated emails from us. We believe this is because the name and the email address do not match. That is, our organization's name is in the sender name but the domain in the email address is fcsuite.com.
Has there been any discussion to investigate the possibility of changing "no-reply@fcsuite.com" to what is entered in the "Default Email Reply To" setting in Systems Data?
We believe this would pass more smoothly through spam filters.

Bank Reconciliation with Outstanding Items List
It would be nice on the bank reconciliation to show a list of outstanding items with the totals at the bottom of the bank reconciliation, so it's a complete report which will tie into the Balance Sheet.

Custom Additional Fields for Tickets in Event Campaigns
As a small community foundation, we have a fund holder who has the local artistic community creating about two dozen posters to promote freedom of expression. They'll be "sold" (given as premiums) for a donation to a C-Suite campaign. Each poster design is offered as one ticket.
We are running into the limitations of the C-Suite Ticket object here. We need each ticket to be able to add CUSTOM ADDITIONAL FIELDS similar to the way the Note field works at present. We would want Shipping Address for fulfillment on each item.

Public Securities Sort
Thanks for making previous changes to the main public securities screen and sorting it by reverse date rather than randomly. I have an additional request for sorting within an individual public security donation. We recently received 101 individual stocks from a donor. Using the public security feature for that worked great; however, the stocks are listed in a random order. In CSuite and on the tax receipt, instead of being listed in an alpha order by ticker symbol (which we would prefer and is how we received the stocks), 101 individual stocks are listed in a random order. CC and BCC E-mail to attach donor correspondence
I would like to suggest adding a function that allows users to cc or bcc a email sent externally (through Outlook or Gmail) to that donors profile. In past roles, I have had this ability - If I included this address in my email it was attached to the donor profile with a matching e-mail address. It's good and soooooo valuable in communicating!
Little Green Light is an example of a CRM that empowers this.

Bank reconciliations
It would be helpful to have the Bank Rec report pop up immediately upon reconciliation, rather than have to go back into the history report to print. I have never seen a system that did not do that. Also, we should be able to print a rec for a month in which there was no activity, to still show proper balances for current months.

Financial view comparison of two different years
I would like to be able to pull a financial report that would give me current month actual, annual budget, ytd actual and prior year month actual, and prior year ytd actual. We currently give our board current year information and prior year information to determine how we are doing.

Allow Donor Addresses on Donations to be pulled for reports
The donor addresses found on donation records are not available to include in custom reports. Since the address on a donation may differ from what's found on a donor's profile, it would help to be able to view donation addresses through custom reports and exports. Right now, it requires manually viewing individual donations in the system to see that information.

Ability to build custom dashboards
Similar to HubSpot's dashboard features, it would be useful to build custom dashboards where a collection of reports are saved on a particular page with a customized name.
With this feature, the user could build custom reports and save them in a collection on a page where other users could access the dashboard to check metrics.
This would help users who need to track custom metrics that aren't necessarily represented on the dashboards already created by CSuite.
