Option to mark individuals "do not mail" when marking household
When a household is marked "do not mail" offer the option to apply to other members of the household as well. Similar to how the system asks if you want to change other profiles when you make an address, phone or email change.

Can Phone Types Match Email Types?
You archived my last idea to allow us to edit Phone Types. So I'm going to try again...
As there is currently no way to edit Phone Types to expand the options available, can you marry the Phone Types to the Email Types so that we have a broader set of options for Phone Types?

Maiden name on profile
We would like a box for maiden name on a profile. This way we can track name changes - especially if someone received a scholarship under their maiden name but has since changed their name to marriage. Another option would just to add a box that says "other names." This would cover other types of name changes as well.

Do Not Mail profile, yet Mail when vendor
Is it possible to have Do Not Mail for profile in donor mode, but Mail in vendor mode.
Some of our profiles do not wish to receive general mailouts but we still need to be able to cut a cheque using their address.5 votes -
categories
I would like to be able to have categories or different tables for my different types of Profile Types. We like to slice and dice the different segments of profile types for board, fundholders, prospects, professional advisors, etc. and that makes for multiple different profile types for each category.

organization child
When linking a parent organization to a child organization, there is not enough information displayed to distinguish the children from one another. For example BANK (Parent Organization) has two Children, Bank and Bank, you have to click on the children to see that Bank is John Smith and the second Bank is Jane Doe. Can there be another column displayed with the "Primary Contact" name.

Add additional steward
Our staff would like to be able to assign more than one steward to a profile. We've created a custom field but that field isn't part of the built-in Steward functionality.

Blank Tabs grayed out or different color
Now that you've gone to a tab system it would be nice if tabs that have no information under them were grayed out or a different color. Right now you have to click on every tab to make sure you have a complete picture of the profile. If you knew that there was no information under a tab it would save time.

profile type default filter includes deceased
When you "list profiles" included in a Profile Type the view defaults to pull in this filter- "Deceased: Yes, No".
Support told me there is no way to turn this off the default view, we have to delete it each time. Nobody wants a category list to pull deceased profiles automatically! Please remove this default.

Email bulk receipts even if a profile doesn't have a primary email
Email bulk receipts with a custom message even if a profile doesn't have a primary email set up. Rather than stop the email job entirely if no email is on a profile, run an exceptions report so we can correct profiles that do not have a primary email set up.

Fixes to similar profiles
Profiles that are already linked to a household profile should not show up as a similar profile.

HH Profiles: Add link to individuals in top box (similar HH in Individual Profile)
LOVE THE NEW PROFILE FORMAT - but can members of a household be links at the top instead of under the relationship tab?
From an individual profile, you have the link to go to their household profile, but it doesn't work the same way going in the opposite direction.

New profile change - updating addresses
With the new profile updates, I noticed that when I change an address associated with a household, it does not ask if I want to update the other addresses within the household. Can we please have this feature restored? I now have to go into each profile and update the address which is time consuming.

Moving Advised Donations (Household and Members) Section
May I suggest when looking through a household (or any) profile, in the Donor tab & Donations bucket, the sections for "Donations (Household And Members)" and "Advised Donations (Household And Members)" be flipped so that it is in alphabetical order?
We initially couldn't find the section with a member with a long Donation list

Allow option in 'Search' to only show active profiles
Add an option in the 'Search' functionality to specify 'only show active profiles'. Many times, we don't want to see inactive profiles and they are cluttering the dropdown options when matching on a name.

profile search
Is there a way to get Profiles that start with a numerical name to appear in the search i.e.Street address as the name of the ORG? When I enter the number, I only get system id numbers to appear in the search.

Profile Merge - search by Profile ID and include Profile ID in search results
When merging profiles and searching for the other profile to merge into, it would help if we could search by profile ID and for the search results to include the profile ID as part of the listing.

org roles
From the profile "relationships" tab, show the active status or end date on any associated org roles. Currently, if you're looking for relationships you'd have to click on each org role to ensure it still applies.

Tabbing when creating or editing profiles
When creating or editing profiles, I'd rather use my keyboard to tab through the fields rather than clicking with my mouse. I'd like to have the ability to tab through the left side, then the right side of the profile followed by the address, emails, etc. It makes more sense to tab down from Work Org to Work Title rather than tab to the right from Work Org to Pronouns as those are similar fields (for example).

When completing a task, add option to add a follow-up task
When completing a task, it would be nice to have an option to add a follow-up task. When any of our staff I've assigned a task to, completes a task it would be nice for them to see an option to add the next follow-up task to ensure this occurs. Otherwise if they don't, I need to re-review their portfolios and make sure there is a follow-up occurring as needed. Especially with Stewardship follow-ups.
