  1. Drill into Expense/Revenue from Profile

    Would like the ability to drill into the expense/revenue record from the profile cards. For example, I'm looking at an Org profile and am looking at the expense card. I want to be able to click on an expense and be taken to that record in accounting.

    For recurring tasks, please create functionality to be able to duplicate existing tasks then modify as needed rather than having to recreate them over and over.

  4. CRM Revenue Summary

    With a significant amount of our revenue is gathered via an Auction, we need to see details via the Revenue Summary in the CRM Profile. Understanding the challenge as your UI design being extremely constrained for viewing these linked data components via the profile, I am proposing more 'expand' features to reveal these details. I have created a mock up ... with actual example data.

  5. Better control order Profile Custom Fields display

    The order in which profile custom fields display is based on when they were entered into NPC and if they have been moved to a designation. Consider in the Custom Fields Page, displaying the fields in the order they appear on the screen (including under the Designation heading, if they apply to certain designations) and then allow for arrows to change the order (as in configure columns for the main Profiles search page).

    This will allow clients to have the interface they desire in many fewer clicks and without planning in advance.

  6. Custom CRM fields in Communication Templates

    PLEASE! It's the reason we add these is so that we can use them through out our workflows and processes! Communications need the ability to add any custom-defined field from CRM or Fundraising. This functionality would eliminate 3 manual processes and an entire system from our technology footprint.

  7. Task Calendar: View Who It Was Assigned To

    On the calendar view of tasks, would like to be able to see WHO the task is assigned to without needing to click on it. Color-coding tasks by staff and color would be great. For example, Meredith = blue. Then, have the progress shown in a green/red/gray tag based on whether the tasks is in progress, completed, or late.

  8. Schedule Emailing Dashboards to Profile Lists

    In the Dashboards of NPC, you can schedule emailing, which is great. You have to type in email address to choose who that email goes to, though. Would love to be able to type in a profile LIST, so that the scheduled email goes to everyone on that profile list (that they may have previously created in CRM).

  9. Duplicate profiles report/process

    As clients import revenue from outside sources (e.g. ticketing software) and as donation hub entries are processed, the potential for duplicate entries increases. Good data practice is to review duplicates regularly, so creating a standard report within NPC or with GoodData that identifies potential dupilcates will help clients be better communicators and donor stewards.

  10. Donor information when logging revenue

    When adding Revenue and selecting a name for the "Received from" field, is it possible to include the donor's address? This would not only help differentiate between donors with the same name, but help in a situation when the donor's address has changed. If the donor's address is not visible we cannot compare it to the address they are providing on their check or return envelope. Thank you.

  11. CRM: Revenue Summary

    In cases where a donor has made many donations and therefore has a lengthy revenue summary, we are unable to scroll down to the very bottom of the summary.

    When we try to scroll down to the bottom, it automatically jumps back up to the top several entries.

  12. Create newsletter subscribers off website in CRM

    Part of getting more donors is building your list of interested individuals. One was is to build a strong newsletter and have the call to action of 'subscribe' on the website. It would be nice to have these new profiles be added to your CRM

  13. Need a way to identify a vendor's FEDin or SSN

    Vendors need to be identified if they require a 1099 (SSN) or their EIN for In-Kind Services or Goods (required by IRS).
