  1. It would be great to be able to attach more than one file to an expense. For example, we'd like to attach the invoice as well as the initial quote sheet or other documentation.

  3. Current configurations apply to all tasks (Example: setting an email reminder for an approaching due date). It would be great if I could set custom configurations by task or types of tasks (reports = reminder 30 days out, general tasks 15 days, etc).

  5. When applying to a grant on grantinterface - I have the option to send that grant to Grant hub - would be nice to also have the option to track the grant in NonProfitCore

  6. Please build an integration with banking no different than the functionality supported by Quickbooks. EVERY CLIENT HAS A BANK ACCOUNT! This activity is repeated every month by every client. The ability to MATCH and assign accounts, program/services & opportunities should be designed to facilitate full posting information.

  9. We use our check stubs in multiple areas and do not necessarily have it attached to an invoice - the name of the Vendor does not print on the stubs that we keep. We will have to hand write it and when processing a batch of 30-40 checks at a time, that will be time consuming. Is it possible to add that field to the stub?

  10. We use check memo's so that we can quickly see (i.e. bank statements, or a reference to a period that we are paying for, or a note for the Board so they are able to see that expense goes to "x" line item). Is it possible to do that?

  11. In the Statement of Functional Expense report, adding "Account Type" would be useful. We know you can summarize by Account Type, but being able to see the type without this summary would be helpful.

  12. When creating a grant "opportunity" we have the option to identify the application "type" as online. It would be great to have a place where we can add the link to the online application as well as any other potential references that are web pages and not attachments.

  13. The order in which profile custom fields display is based on when they were entered into NPC and if they have been moved to a designation. Consider in the Custom Fields Page, displaying the fields in the order they appear on the screen (including under the Designation heading, if they apply to certain designations) and then allow for arrows to change the order (as in configure columns for the main Profiles search page).

    This will allow clients to have the interface they desire in many fewer clicks and without planning in advance.

  14. On the calendar view of tasks, would like to be able to see WHO the task is assigned to without needing to click on it. Color-coding tasks by staff and color would be great. For example, Meredith = blue. Then, have the progress shown in a green/red/gray tag based on whether the tasks is in progress, completed, or late.

  15. When adding Revenue and selecting a name for the "Received from" field, is it possible to include the donor's address? This would not only help differentiate between donors with the same name, but help in a situation when the donor's address has changed. If the donor's address is not visible we cannot compare it to the address they are providing on their check or return envelope. Thank you.

  16. In cases where a donor has made many donations and therefore has a lengthy revenue summary, we are unable to scroll down to the very bottom of the summary.

    When we try to scroll down to the bottom, it automatically jumps back up to the top several entries.

  17. Part of getting more donors is building your list of interested individuals. One was is to build a strong newsletter and have the call to action of 'subscribe' on the website. It would be nice to have these new profiles be added to your CRM

  18. When entering individual donations they do not appear to show up in the order they were entered. This makes it difficult to follow and compare what has/has not been entered. For instance, I just entered two donations. One appeared at the top of the list and the other was found down below in the middle of posted donations. It would be ideal to have the donations show up in a sequential order based on the order in which they were entered. Thank you.

  19. There is no bulk way to generate gift letters. Creating singular communications will literally add hours to the process. There is also not an option to print out the gift letter - Print Screen captures the Email headings from the template.

  20. When I'm using allocation tables, I want the ability to allocate the amount by dollars instead of percentages. This will be important as I allocate funds from different grant amounts I receive.
