Public Name is used in the Fund Listing for the Donation Portal. Fund Name is used for the Fund Advisor Portal because it is the legal name of the fund. Are you asking for the Fund Public name to be used in the Fund Advisor Portal?

An error occurred while saving the comment Julie commentedWe're running into challenges with people who have access to the Fund Portal (for example people who receive statements for Designated or Field of Interest Funds) being confused by the fact that C Suite lists them as "Fund Advisors" on the Fund Portal when they don't have advisory privileges.
I'd suggest calling it the Fund Portal - it's about access to the fund, not necessarily donations. Not everyone who has access to the fund is a Donor. Most importantly though, please update the label at the top from Fund Advisor to something like Fund Access.

We really need a way to track email bounces for grant letters. There is currently no way to know if the grantee received the information which is essential to ensure any grant requirements were communicated to them.
