    I was not going to vote on this because we do not like the term Donor Portal as it is too close to Donation portal, but if you read Julie's comments below. Fund Portal makes more sense to us.

    This is not the same for us... We have profiles that we associate to the fund but do not have portal access.

    Yes, please. This would ensure messages are getting out timely from the donor to the fund advisor.

    We do need to be careful that no information goes to the fund advisor on an anonymous gift that was not intended by the donor. For that reason, I like Jenny's idea of having two fields that are clearly marked as notes to internal staff only and notes to fund.
