move new help icon

I appreciate the new help button, but sometimes the big blue question mark balloon is in the way. I'd rather it was up on top with the Compass and Idea Lab, etc. icons.

    I did figure out how to move it but it'd be great if it were smaller -- maybe half the current size. It takes up a lot of screen real estate.

    I recently asked about that and you can drag it to the left of the screen inside the dotted lines that show up.

    Or even to the left side of the screen.
