  1. We need side-by-side columns for our evaluators so that they can see how their individual application score compares to the group of evaluators' average score. Only the person in the admin role can see the average group score. And, if the admin is also an evaluator, things get messy quickly in a meeting. An admin/evaluator can never see both their individual score column and the average score column without flipping between roles.   2. We have three SLM UA's that students can apply to and as it currently appears on a student's dashboard, all UA's are in the color blue. Is there a way that each UA has their own color. This will help with an inclusivity for color blindness.

  3. Several applicants have asked how to add hyperlinks to their applications. Please allow hyperlinks on future applications. There is often a character or word count limit for open calls (due to the high submission numbers) and hyperlinks are an invaluable tool for applicants.

  6. I had a partner organization reach out to ask if it was possible for their organization to receive email notification to multiple people from the system. From the sounds of it, in the GLM only the applicant of the request (or assignee of follow-ups) can receive the automatic emails generated from the system.

    If it would be possible to have an option to select multiple recipients for an email to be sent from the system that would be great!

  8. Allow us to pull a list of the "grant manager" assignments for all assigned requests by adding a data field under "Processes" and "Requests" in report data sets.

    I'd like to be able to pull a report of which staff member is assigned to each request. Currently, I have to proxy as each staff member to pull each list individually.

  15. From what I can tell, there is no way to indicate if a request is from an organization that was merged into another organization or if it was originally from the final organization. Currently, for applicant funding history (which we provide in a Merge Document) to our grant reviewers, we have to manually go through each request and figure out which was for Org A and which was for Org B. If our current staff ever leave, this knowledge will be lost or buried in the Comments tab. Is there a simple way to see this?

  16. It would be great to be able to attach documents to a GLM request to sync over to C-Suite. We require grant approval documented in C-Suite before paying on grants and this would keep our workflow contained within Foundant.

  17. There is a red circle with a backslash icon that appears when applicants try to copy and paste from their LOI to Proposal Application. This icon confuses Applicants because they are in fact able to copy and paste.

    I am getting several emails from applicants who don't understand they can still copy and paste. Please delete the confusing red circle backslash icon.

  18. An idea! Currently, there is no way to batch email only users who are actively assigned to a scholarship committee. There is only a way to email all users who have scholarship committee as their role. This would be helpful with sending pre evaluation updates before evaluations are assigned. Currently, you have to manually send out emails to those assigned to committees.

  19. It would be helpful if we could print the question list based on the current preview options. When using the Universal Application there are supplemental questions for specific opportunities. You can preview as a Reviewer and for a specific opportunity, which allows you to see what the reviewer will see when evaluating applications for that specific committee. But if you choose the Question List from that point, so that it can be printed or downloaded, it brings up everything, even the "administrator only" questions. We need to be able to print a Question List to send to our External Committee's…

  20. With the new feature that allows a grants administrator to select which auto-emails should even appear in the auto-email list, it seems to be sorting them in a random fashion. I would like the auto-emails list to be sorted by stage in the follow-up lifecycle. See the attached file for an illustration.
