Evaluator batch print function
Someone else has already asked to add batch printing to the Evaluations stage, but we really need it to go one further, and to allow Evaluators to batch print for themselves. This is the number one thing all our Evaluators, many of whom are reading over a 100 applications at a time, have been asking for for the last several years, and when we switched to Foundant, we had thought we were giving them that, only to find out after the fact that we misunderstood, and they still have to download one pdf at a time. Adding batch printing to…

Evaluation Form Due Dates
In GLM/SLM it would be great to add due dates for evaluation forms. Automated emails could then be attached and reminders to complete evaluations could be automated.
As a small staff, I have to remember to do this, along with all the other things we are doing. While I do keep in close contact with our committees, it would be lovely for this system (where we have invested a significant amount of $$) to take on some of the burden, instead of leaving it on our shoulders. ...work smarter, not harder...

Let Grantees Submit SOME Follow Ups Out of Order
I understand that there is a feature that allows follow ups to be submitted either sequentially or in any order. This is helpful if you want all follow ups to follow the same rules. However, we need most of our follow ups to be submitted sequentially, and then just a couple of them to be able to be submitted at any time.
We have deadlines for each of our follow ups, but applicants are welcome to submit certain follow ups with a later deadline (i.e. match documentation) before the others (a final grant report, for example, which we do 3…

applied button
The "applied (with check mark)" is confusing our grantees. Grantees can make multiple applications to the same process. They have no idea that "Applied" means they have the correct application submitted. Can you change "Applied" to "Apply". The following page warns them of duplicates anyway. Why confuse things.

Calculating Evaluator Score Column from Decimal Questions
Our SLM evaluators would like to see the Score column populated with the total from the scoring they complete with the decimal question. Our committees prefer having the ability to score using .25, .5, and .75 on our 1-10 scoring scale, so that is why we do not use the provided Score question type on our evaluation forms. Is there any way we could have that column give the option to total that other question type? Our committee members would like to see how their scores compare across the applicants during their review. Thanks!

Add Multiple Users to a Request
If multiple users in the system are involved with a request, allow for the request be cross-listed under both/all user accounts. Similarly to collaboration, users will be able to work together on an application, but the request will then appear in both/all users' request histories.

It would be great if we were able to sort Fund Fee Types in alphabetical order.

Integrate with learnings from ChatGPT i.e. have ChatGPT conduct a review of the 990; import its findings into an Evaluation

Branching logic rule groups
I use branching logic all the time. Creating groups is not logical. Creating branching logic on the question would be nice without creating a group.

Contact Information for Organization and Individual Profile
Applicant Contact Information
I am aware that applicants can update or edit their profiles. It would be wonderful if there were a mechanism that would prompt the applicant to review it for any necessary updates and to also review all contacts listed in the organization summary.

Custom Fields on Scholarships
We need to be able to track scholarship specific information (such as associated high school, minimum award amounts, maximum award amounts, criteria, funding use limitations, etc.). Custom fields on scholarships that are REPORTABLE are needed! Custom fields on awards or funds won't suffice because a fund can have multiple scholarships and an award is too far downstream in the workflow. SLM doesn't allow for tracking of this information either so without custom fields in CSuite we are forced to continue tracking this information in Excel :(

Show the Debugger Trace Report
I would appreciate if the text "Show the Debugger Trace Report" did not get exported into Excel from a report.

GLM when searching for organizations
When searching for an organization in a certain city or state, after you click on the first one you want to look at, it takes you all the way back to the main organization screen and you have to put in the city and state again. It doesn't allow you to just look at the original search list.

Batch Re-Assign Follow Ups to a New User (Program Officer Leaving)
We have a Program Officer who is leaving the foundation. She has over 150 follow ups assigned to her. Reassigning to the new Program Officer is going to require that we reassign each one individually. It would be great to have the ability to batch reassign.

Make the Fund Name from CSuite visible in GLM forms besides the Installment Form.
CSuite/GLM synced grants: Applicants that receive multiple grants from designated funds need to be able to see the Fund Name in order to easily differentiate between the grants they have received. It needs to be available for other forms and merge fields too. Specifically on Follow Up forms and in email merge templates.

Resizing tables in Evaluator side-by-side view
One of my Grant evaluators brought to my attention that our tables are skewing very oddly when viewed as an evaluator in side by side mode. I've attached the screenshot they sent for reference.
It would be great if the table could either scale in size, maintaining the correct ratio, or become a slider box, with a left to right scroll in order to see the whole thing in the correct ratio. Currently it is difficult to read the answers in the table, let alone a long response.
While the two panes of the application/evaluation can be resized, this is…

Please add a "Tabled" line in the Application Evaluation section
Please add a "Tabled" line in the Application Evaluation section. So much easier to keep track of tabled applications throughout the year if they need to be revisited in a subsequent grant round within the same process.

Separate, non Follow-Up form to Collect Thank You Notes from Students
The current methods of collecting and delivering specific thank-you notes to donors from students are often difficult. We'd like to see a system where a dedicated thank you note form can be configured and assigned to the student per opportunity and as needed and attached to the request, eliminating the need to use follow up forms. The choice between having fewer common follow ups (general thank you) and a large number of opportunity-specific follow ups (to get a specific follow up) is not a great one. A dedicated way of exporting these or emailing a donor directly would also be…

Automatically generated request ID
We have long project names for our applications and an automatically generated request ID (example 20240041) that includes the year, would be helpful to identify and search for a specific request, without needing to remember the project name or organization name.

Inactive Users Should Not Require an Email Address
Currently if a user is inactive they are required to have an email address. This is not useful when the new user in their role uses the previous employees email address. ie) ceo@testcompany.ca
If the new user uses the previous employees email then you are required to come up with a dummy address for the inactive employee. This is not ideal.
Inactive employees should NOT require an email.
