Have a Saved images option instead of typing in a url every time
Would be great to have at least a handful of oft used logos saved to insert rather than pulling up a url every time you send a non template email from the system.

Letters of recommendations from third parties being marked as complete
When third parties are assigned letters of recommendations for scholarship applications, sometimes they are not able to upload the letter themselves. Instead, a member of the scholarship administration team will upload the letter (which was emailed to us) on their behalf. Even when we upload the letter for them, it is still marked as incomplete from the applicants view of the application. It would be helpful if it was marked as complete if the letter was uploaded, whether or not it was uploaded by a third party.

increase the spacing in the cc field beyond 50 characters to 150 characters, when sending an email to multiple users.
When sending to multiple users, my company alone has over 20 characters after our names. I have tried using the bcc field and some of the users think I neglected to cc others because the bcc field is a blink copy. Once I add in 5 staff members we have already exceeded 100 characters.

Assign "reply to" email to the process so it can be a merge field.
For our "special handling" funds that have a dedicated "reply to" email (vs. our generic grants@), we have to create a full set of template emails for each fund. If a "reply to" email could be attached to a process and serve as a merge field, we could use one set of templates for all of our funds.

Fix Quick Export to Export Fields Reflected in Each Bucket - Not Basic Unrelated Fields
When viewing any bucket, for example, the Draft Follow Ups, the fields presented on the page are Form, Organization, Assignee, Project Name, Due Date, Staff Person, and Amount Awarded. When I select records and choose Quick Export at the bottom to export to Excel, the fields I get returned are Process Name, Project Name, Organization Name, Applicant First Name, Applicant Last Name, Applicant Email, and Submission Modified On. This is not helpful. It would be MOST helpful if the Quick Export function exported the fields displayed on the screen. If it worked that way, it could save so much time.…

SLM - When sending email with no template, could we have a drop down for admins in the "reply to" box?
Such a pain to have to type my email in every time I send a non template email!!
If not a drop down choice of the admin and director, perhaps a default to the person who is signed in?

Selecting Evaluators to Assign to processes
We have a listing of about 100 evaluators and 10 processes. When assigning evaluators to a process, I have to refer to a sheet of paper of the evaluators to assign to a process. It would be nice to have a field in the system, or on the user profile, that identifies the person as an specific Process evaluator, then that field can be added to the selection list. Or the possibility of creating an evaluator group for a specific process and assigning a group or an individual person. This would help with batch emailing evaluators also, because then I…

Hide Student Contact Info (not student name) in SLM
We would like to be able to show students' names to evaluators but have their contact information (mailing address, email address, phone number, etc.) hidden from evaluators.

Resources examples
Is there a way to create a central location for shared files, examples, templates, etc.? Sometimes, you can find what you are looking for by spending time going through all the Q&As. It would be helpful to have a "Resources" folder, with subfolders for GLM, SLM, CSuite, then further broken down into email templates, examples, follow-up forms. It would be a great place to share and compare!
If this already exists please point me in the right direction.

email reports
It would be great if we could schedule reports to automatically email whenever we wanted - mostly for recurring reports we use on a regular basis, whether it's daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annually, etc...
For instance if we had a report we wanted to schedule for every Monday with new date parameters we could set it up so the system would automatically email it to ourselves, and/or others in our org or board members, without having to come into the system to run the report every time.

Ability to add custom fields to funder contacts
Hi. I may have posted this in the wrong channel before; sorry.
But can you offer your users the ability to add custom fields to your funder contacts? Like, I may want to add 3/5 funder contacts to an email contact list. How can I do this without clunky workarounds in the notes field or through adding it post-export?
There are also other fields that may be valuable -- links to their LinkedIn Profiles, Start dates with the org etc.

3rd party emails
It would be nice in SLM to be able to email everyone (at one time) that has received a 3rd party email a reminder that they have outstanding requests from an applicant.

Committee members report
I should like a report that lists the first and last name of committee member, email address, added, last edited AND THE COMMITTEE NAME, PROCESS, PROGRAM, SCHOLARSHIP NAME on one page.

In SLM, please offer a two DIFFERENT email templates for these two situations: eligibility completed & application submitted. Currently, only one email to students is offered and needs to be used for BOTH situations. This is very confusing to students, causes frustration and likely prevents some students from finishing their application.

New to SLM and very happy with it. Any chance that while we email to students (who now don't check emails anymore) do we have the technology to email and/or text. I know some other software has this ability and I hope Foundant has too?

Primary Contact Batch Email
It would be great to have the primary contact listed under Batch Options to send emails to the primary contact as well as the applicant. Two separate groups-we send reminder "grant agreement due emails" to the primary contact who will be signing the grant agreement. We do not send it to the applicant.

Can we have reply's from emails we've sent from Foundant return to the Administrator (or user) that sent it in a "Messages" portal in our account?
As a company administrator, it's hard for us to track communications if the only message tracked in Foundant is the initial email that we sent. All replies (from the grantee) and staff responses are in their personal email accounts and this can be troublesome for maintaining proper file retention policies.

Alert when auto email not set for a form
For about 80% of grants that go through a process, I have auto emails set for when a follow up is assigned. The remaining 20% have various exceptions and need more custom-type emails, though I can typically still use templates for them, but need to select the appropriate one for the situation. Sometimes I'll turn off auto emails and forget that I've done that, then assign a follow up assuming an email has been sent. It would be helpful if at the time follow ups are assigned there could be some sort of indicator of whether auto emails To Applicant…

Email Contacts/Groups
When sending an email it would be extremely helpful to have the user contacts and groups that are already in system to choose from from the TO button like you do in outlook rather than having to find and type them.
