We have processes that need specific information that is not in system (IE award notice, award presentation, notice of dates for 6-mo and 12-mo reporting) and it would be nice to have folders in the Communications area to batch them together - or collapse a group together, rather than have to have them all listed.   2. While we can design an email template with an automatic signature, could we do the same for emails that are not a Template, maybe saving the complete signature in some other fashion

  3. It would be beneficial to send an email reminder to Third Parties when it is close to the deadline. This would be an additional help to students and to make sure that they have all of the required documents for their application.

  4. It would be extremely helpful for us if the Universal Application were able to be hidden behind an Eligibility Quiz. We have 5 applications currently and 4 have very different/unique criteria for eligibility. Those 4 are behind an eligibility quiz, but many of those applicants aren't eligible for the scholarships linked to the Universal Application. We're dealing with a ton of phone calls and emails from applicants that are confused and many are starting the application when they aren't eligible.

  5. I'm interested in having a CC option for an application whereby when the automated emails go out to applicants, another email address identified through a CC field could also receive a copy (thus informing them of the progress). So for instance, you could CC a partner organization or an underlying donor for that grant, so they can see how the process is progressing.

  6. Only allow applicants to send ONE third party email request. Students will send multiple requests and then the links become inactive confusing the third parties.

  7. Is there an easy way to include other organization's contacts on an email message (vs. manually typing an email address)? We send messages to multiple contacts of fiscally sponsored groups.

  8. New to SLM and very happy with it. Any chance that while we email to students (who now don't check emails anymore) do we have the technology to email and/or text. I know some other software has this ability and I hope Foundant has too?

  9. It would be great if Access to Email History was feature that could be toggled on/off for the Grant Manager Role.

    We have 2 levels of grant managers w/n our system. Our Directors have access to one set of features and our Program Managers have access to others. They all are "Grant Managers" w/n Foundant. And it works pretty well. But it would help greatly if they could check and see who's gotten emails from the system.

  10. When emails are sent through the Foundant system, the only way to verify that the message went through is to dig into the email history for each individual recipient. It would be helpful if Foundant sent an 'undeliverable' notification to the administrator when a message bounces back as undeliverable. With frequent staff turnover at some grantee organizations, missed messages have resulted in missed deadlines for grantees.

  11. As an administrator we often get requests from the grantee/awardee on an adhoc basis(change in investigator, awardee or budget request change), I would love to have an outward facing form that the grantee/awardee can submit to us online instead of offline via email. This change would be an enhancement in the system that would be favorable for both us the administrator and the grantee. Currently the follow-up forms are 1 and done forms and not practical for non-route follow-up requested initiated from the applicant/grantee end.

  12. It would be nice in SLM to be able to email everyone (at one time) that has received a 3rd party email a reminder that they have outstanding requests from an applicant.

  13. I'm working on Financial Followup Assignment Notifications and discovered that none of the Approved stage merge fields are available to insert in the email templates. Everything up to "Approved" is available. We use grant numbers as a key identifier with our grantees. I was going to add the grant number field as a merge field in an email template, but can't do so.

    This will be more time consuming for me, since I will now have to take an extra step in our assignment notifications. Hopefully Foundant will be able to add Approved fields as an option.

  14. You know how we get pop ups from Foundant regarding GLM updates or notices about updates or changes made? Is there a way we can provide a pop up to our grant evaluators so when they log in, for example, they would see “Don’t forget evaluations are due 01/22!” or "Our next meeting is on 03/15." We are trying to find a way to lessen our email communications and be a bit more strategic and streamlined in our messaging.

It would great if we could control when the application status on students' dashboards are updated so they won't see their approved or denied scholarships until high school students have their awards presentations at their high schools and our notification emails have been sent (in relation to the date they are notified by their school). Currenlty, we have to decide whether to keep students in the dark well after they've been notified by their school or spilling the beans early for those students who haven't yet had their awards presentation event.   17. We have a listing of about 100 evaluators and 10 processes. When assigning evaluators to a process, I have to refer to a sheet of paper of the evaluators to assign to a process. It would be nice to have a field in the system, or on the user profile, that identifies the person as an specific Process evaluator, then that field can be added to the selection list. Or the possibility of creating an evaluator group for a specific process and assigning a group or an individual person. This would help with batch emailing evaluators also, because then I…

  18. It would be great if we could schedule reports to automatically email whenever we wanted - mostly for recurring reports we use on a regular basis, whether it's daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annually, etc...

    For instance if we had a report we wanted to schedule for every Monday with new date parameters we could set it up so the system would automatically email it to ourselves, and/or others in our org or board members, without having to come into the system to run the report every time.

  19. I should like a report that lists the first and last name of committee member, email address, added, last edited AND THE COMMITTEE NAME, PROCESS, PROGRAM, SCHOLARSHIP NAME on one page.
    It would be used for updating committee members per scholarship etc.
