Adding the follow-up report due date as a data field for reports.
Adding the follow-up report due date as a data field for reports. I need to run a report but some of the results that are coming back do not apply as their follow-up due date is outside of the regular schedule, which means I have to manually sift through those grants to determine which ones truly belong in my report. It would be helpful to be able to filter based on when the follow-ups are due, but that is not currently a data field choice.

Organization Report
It would be great to have a data set for Organizations. Similar to what you have for evaluations, payments, installments, etc.
"One Row Per Organization: Each organization is represented by its own row."

Include name of the report on the Run Report page
Currently I only see the name of the Data Set, but not the name of the report I am working on, on the Run Report page. When I change the filters or fields on a report and save it as a new report, it would be incredibly helpful to see the name of the report in addition to the data set.

I would like to be able to customize the Metrics Dashboard. It would be helpful for me to see overdue installments on the dashboard. We often have grantees who forget to invoice us for their next grant installment, and it would be helpful to be able to keep track of them on the Metrics Dashboard.

Choosing Processes for Reporting
When creating a report that needs to span several years, it can get very hard to remember which processes you have already chosen. It would great if the processes you select populated at the bottom of the screen so you know what has been chosen and what is missing.

fix downloading reports
When I go to download a report the reporting software continues to "think" and try to load even after the .xls or .csv files are available for viewing. This means that you have to quit out of the screen to download a new report and, unless you remembered to save all the changes you've made to filters/the report, you lose all the filters/fields you just selected.

BATCH downloading student uploads for auditing and for our outside committees since we hide student names in evaluation(i.e. transcripts, SAR reports, Letter of Recommendations)

In the reporting section: On the tabling questions, since each field reports as its own data point, can we get a button in the table headers to select the full column or row of data so we don't have to select each field individually?

Non Paid Organizations
Is it possible to generate a quick list for all my non-paid organizations within a certain time frame? The Reporting and data sets is way to cumbersome to achieve this easily.

Ability to include multiple processes in a one line per organization report
As part of our due diligence, we verify that all applicants have completed a specific, required process. Data from the specific process is also needed in evaluating requests from multiple processes.
Use cases:
Comparing year over year funding to an organization to determine other processes that may be useful to share with an applicant organizationVerifying that a required process has been completed for our due diligence process

Add multiple report filters to run all together instead of one at a time
I suggest you allow multiple filters to be added to a report BEFORE the report runs. I am pulling from a large amount of data. Every time I add a new filter it runs through the whole set, and I have about six filters to add.

Reordering Reports
It would be helpful to be able to reorder Saved reports. I can sort alphabetically, but would like to be able to keep the reports that we use most frequently at the top.

being able to sort follow up reports by approval date
I am running serial reports on a follow up in batches as they are reviewed and marked complete. It would be nice to be able to filter these reports by the approval date. Right now I can only sort by initial submit date or date modified. If the report was modified after submission by one our administrators - for instance if we had to contact the grantee for additional information, that date effects our ability to run serial reports based on the last report run. Simple solution - add date completed for follow ups.

Pre-filter Request Statuses: Select None
It would be a nice QoL change if the pre-filter screen had the option to select none of the request statuses. More efficient than having to deselect everything I don't want.

Using Integers in the Label Column for Reporting Charts
I recently bumped into an issue where I could not use the field I wanted as a label column for a report chart. I wanted to create a chart that shows the amount we've given for each individual year, and I could not use the year as a label in the chart because it is an integer-specific field. I would love the ability for integer fields to be chosen as label columns in reporting graphs.

Having ability to show all contacts for an organization in a report - and specify the Executive Director
We have implement a process where the Executive Director needs to sing an electronic grant agreement. This requires me to know the name and email address of the Executive Director. It would be nice to be able to pull a report specifically showing all the contact names and email addresses listed so I can then know who to assign the report to.

Last used column for reports
With staff turn over sometimes we don't know which was the report or data set they used for tasks that they were mostly in charge of. It would also help folx looking to clean out foundant, they could sort by last used and feel confident deleting something that hasn't been used for a long time.

add budget to dashboard
I would love to be able to see a quick Budget snapshot on the main/home Dashboard page. Just a quick status bar with numbers, for instance, we have already committed/paid out $100 of our $500 overall budget for the year and we have $400 left to award.

Application Form Time Data
I would like to run a report for our Board members that illustrates the length of time it takes for applicants to complete our grant application form. We wanted to run a report from start time to finish time for each grant applicant and calculate an average time spent on the application. This data would be valuable and help us with our process improvements for our grants program.
