  1. I have a large number of email templates, so must frequently search for the one I need. Sometimes there's a keyword that I'm looking for that's in the body of the template, rather than in the Subject or Template Name. I would like for the Quick Search at the top of the Email Template page to search in the body of the template, as well as the Template Name and Subject.

  3. Allow us to pull in the "fund name" from installments into emails. This would allow us to inform the grantees of the funds funding their grants.

  4. It would be amazing if there was a draft email box, that you could stage emails in until sending. I.e. Save a draft of the preview of the email.

    Our Director does a final approval of the notification letters prior to sending, which we send via Email Templates in GLM. Ideally, there would be a way for the draft to be created by one user then reviewed by another, so the first user can send the email.

  5. Email Statuses.

    I was not able to find definitions for email statuses in the Support Hub. Client Services were helpful in showing me to go to Communications>Email History and hover over the question mark beside each status

    Would it be possible to have the question mark/definition functional wherever an email status icon is found?

    And perhaps post the definitions in the Support Hub?

    It might also help to tell a bit more (see quotes):

    Sent: The email was sent from the system to the email provider. "The green check mark will indicate it has been received by the email provider…

  6. My suggestion would be to be able to send an automatic email to any grantee when a grant is closed from the admin side. This would function much like an auto-email goes out when a progress report is scheduled.

It would great if we could control when the application status on students' dashboards are updated so they won't see their approved or denied scholarships until high school students have their awards presentations at their high schools and our notification emails have been sent (in relation to the date they are notified by their school). Currenlty, we have to decide whether to keep students in the dark well after they've been notified by their school or spilling the beans early for those students who haven't yet had their awards presentation event.   8. It would be great if there was a way for use to use our own email domain and address for emails sent from GLM and SLM (rather than @grantinterface.com as it is today) for emails sent from the system, both automated and user generated.

    We believe this would improve the professionalism of the email to have all communications come from our own domain, and allow us to standardize our communications with email recipients, and take advantage of their already having our domain identified as a safe sender.

  11. I have many email templates that are only slight variations of each other; they contain substantially the same language, with a few differences specific to the circumstances. Whenever the basic language needs an update, I have to access each template individually and make the update. I would like the ability to set up a "library" of phrases, or language "chunks", that I can insert references to in my emails, similar to how I can insert merge fields.   12. We have a listing of about 100 evaluators and 10 processes. When assigning evaluators to a process, I have to refer to a sheet of paper of the evaluators to assign to a process. It would be nice to have a field in the system, or on the user profile, that identifies the person as an specific Process evaluator, then that field can be added to the selection list. Or the possibility of creating an evaluator group for a specific process and assigning a group or an individual person. This would help with batch emailing evaluators also, because then I…

  13. Doesn't anyone ever make a mistake?? Often when I go to back space/delete something, the wonky way the text formatting works inevitably messes me up and changes the font size or color. If that issue can't be remedied, an undo would be helpful!!

  14. It is possible to set up an email template to send when someone starts a new application?

    Basically, we want to be able to send a welcome email to someone who starts a new application, encouraging them to contact a friendly grants staffer for coaching if needed, and to have our grants outreach specialist notified when a new application is started.

  16. It would be great to be able to upload an email directly from Outlook in the Documents tab. Currently, if there is not an attachment, but the communication in the email itself that we want saved, we have to copy and paste into a Word file and save on our computer as a document before it can be uploaded. If there is an attachment we want saved, that also has to be saved on our computer.

  17. Because our staff are so busy (like everyone!), it would be great if there was a way for staff to "accept" a task when it's assigned (we primarily use GrantHub). For example, a button/check box in the task and/or notification email that says "task accepted." Such a system would allow project managers to ensure our colleagues saw the task/email. And, if/when a task is not accepted, we would have better opportunity follow up to ensure they know their assignments.

  18. It would be great if we could schedule reports to automatically email whenever we wanted - mostly for recurring reports we use on a regular basis, whether it's daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annually, etc...

    For instance if we had a report we wanted to schedule for every Monday with new date parameters we could set it up so the system would automatically email it to ourselves, and/or others in our org or board members, without having to come into the system to run the report every time.

  20. Can't always know that you want something you write to be a template - but when I write a note that would be good to keep and use again, would be great to have a "save as new template" option. This exists in other software I used at a prior job and it's great.
