Follow-ups that could be assigned to admin, and not visible to applicants
We do post-grant evaluation and would love to be able to use follow-up for admin purpose. For example, create a form to document oral reporting conversations with grantees.
We would like to be able to assign the follow-up to an admin and keep the form visible internally only.
That would allow us to create databses to search through and report on the information gathered through oral reporting.

Batch Assign Follow Ups to Internal Users
We are doing a combination of standard written reports and meetings/calls with grant partners. I would like to be able to batch assign follow ups to internal users.

Copy follow up forms in bulk
As previously mentioned, a search function for process forms to copy. Further, I would like to be able to copy several "copies" of a form at a time. It is cumbersome to search, select, copy a form numerous times. Especially for grants with several years of reporting requirements. Example: a land donation with 10 years of reporting history assigned.

Internal Follow Up Assignments - form buttons for streamlining
We are using internal follow up assignments very frequently for staff to complete verbal reports with grant partners. When the report form is complete, they have to click "Submit Follow Up" then go back to their dashboard to access the submitted report, open it and mark it complete. If it's the final report assigned then they also close the grant. To help streamline better, it would be really helpful to have another button offered for internal follow up forms for "Submit Follow Up and Mark Report Complete". If doing that would make the same button appear on the external follow…

Different Confirmation for Applications and Follow up Forms
There is only one Confirmation that goes out to Applicants when application is submitted and when follow-up forms are submitted. The standard language for the application is great but does not apply to the follow up form. It would be nice to have 2 options, so we do not have to have Foundant change it for us.

Approval Draft and follow up forms
Can the approval draft allow funders to add payments and follow ups and then once approved officially by board it is just a one click and the grant goes forward?

Uploads in the column section of follow ups
I love the ability to show certain information in columns, however, it is limited to only particular fields. It would be great to have uploads as an option in these follow up columns. We collect student photos to send to donors and currently I have to go into each individual request to download the photo they provided.

Change it so we can use the same follow up multiple times in a project
For example I have a multi-year grant and I want the applicant to complete the same follow up form for each year of the grant (so same form, different due dates one year apart). Seems a little messy to have to create a new follow up for each year when the questions are the same - I'd like to just reuse the first form.

change default century for follow ups to current one
When you enter the due date for a follow up by typing mm/dd/yy, the system should default to the current century rather than assuming you mean the 1900s.

Auto-assign follow-up pop up when payment is entered
It would be very helpful for us if the auto-assign follow-up box would pop up when a payment has been entered to a grant so that we can assign the electronic acknowledgement of funds received form.

Follow ups assigned to team members
I would like to be able to assign a follow up to our own team members. We do a lot of internal reporting on behalf of our beneficiaries, so it would be great if I could assign a follow up to them instead of the grantee since we are responsible for the work. Some examples include receipt tracking, site visit reports, and internal mid-year reporting. Attachments on Follow-Ups
Currently, we have to go into each follow-up individually to open the attachments (example: grant budgets), but we can run a report of all the questions. It would be nice to have a way to run a report that downloaded all the attachments as well, instead of just the name of the attachment.

Auto assign follow ups
I think I have the opposite issue from those who want batch assignments. Each grantee has a different project completion date (that they enter on their grant agreement) and I would love to see the option of auto assigning a follow up on a specific date. Their project completion date is the day they would be assigned their final report follow up. (I actually thought this was already an option, but was told that it's not). Follow Up Deadlines
Is there an easier way to set a Follow up deadline? I searched for hours until finally I just deleted the follow up and setup a new one.

Ability to Assign a FollowUp form to a Denied Applicant
It would be great to have the ability to assign a followup form to a denied applicant. For example, if you want to survey all applicants on the ease of the application process, it would be great to have a followup form to assign to all applicants - both denied and approved.

Create an option restrict the viewability of a follow up only to the person it is assigned
We have grantee organizations that have one person managing the grant program and other staff managing the financial records. One grantee needs to keep their financial reporting confidential from the program staff person who is the primary contact in the system (their organizational policy is that staff salaries, etc. are not shared among their staff).
Since the primary contact has access to the entire grant record, it would be great to restrict viewability of the financial report follow up only to the financial staff person to whom it is assigned.

admins submit followups
How about giving admins the ability to submit and/or mark as complete followups for grantees without having to login as the grantee first? We get a number of grantees who send us a document that needs to be uploaded to their followup (even though we instruct them to upload it).
We can upload the document as an admin, but we have to log in as the grantee to submit it, then log in as admin to mark it complete.1 voteThanks for your time in the idea lab.

Deleting applications after follow-up documents have been assigned
I realize that many people may not want this feature, but we would really like to be able to delete applications where follow-up docusments might have already been assigned.
