  1. CSuite has a Profile Email, Address, Phone ID unique to each value on a profile. These ID's, which are required to bulk update the values, are only exposed in the Profile Email, Address, Phone reports. These reports are not useful because they have no other attributes (Prim, Inactive, etc.). Please expose these fields on the Profiles Custom Report to allow for better filtering for bulk update actions.

  2. It would be extremely helpful to us, as we continue to clean up our data after implementation, to be able to create reports, and group profiles, by Uploading Legacy Profile Code IDs. We're still grabbing data from our previous system, and those records do not have any connection to their counterpart Profile Id in CSuite.

  3. Hello - I am wondering if at some point you all could have a geographic mapping tool for reporting so that we can share pins on a map for grants, gifts, and other reportable things as long as we have an address. This would be great for strategic planning, Board meetings, etc. Thank you

  4. Please add yesterday and today for relative date filtering. We have a lot of scheduled reports we have set to this week, when we really need to check yesterday's or today's information. There is also not a great way to see only today's date unless you put the date in the range which is not intuitive and would take more work than just having a relative date option.

  5. Add pledge balance as a field to donation, pledge, and pledge payment custom reports.

    Currently pledge balance is only available when the pledge is linked to an opportunity.

  6. To maintain data integrity and streamline auditing/reviewing, I propose a Fund Advisor Portal Edit Report that tracks fund advisor profile modifications in the portal. This report would summary any changes that the fund advisor makes to their profile within the portal. This would include, change of username, address, phone number, the new banking information, TIN, SSN, etc. Currently, an email is sent to say there was a change but users have to go into the log to find what was changed or updated. If created, this report will improve oversight, ensuring accurate data and easier auditing/reviewing.

  7. Please add an option to be able to delete more than one report at a time. I'm searching for reports I've created by date last run (in this case 2022) and after I search, select a report to delete, then confirm delete, the screen goes back to all custom reports and I have to research and do the whole process again to delete another report. Add an option in the Bulk to also be able to delete reports.

  8. Comprehensive Money in Daily Report --- why is there no Money In Report which will capture Donations AND Profile Payments/Event tickets which can be filtered/run per day? Currently these buckets of money in live in separate sections in CSuite and we have to pull two different reports.

  10. Currently, the Division Filter only allows for all divisions or individual divisions. Please create an option to checkbox particular divisions so that it is possible to include and exclude particular divisions when utilizing the 990 reporting.

  11. Currently you cannot edit someone else's report, you have to "Save As" and delete old report. It would be nice to either have an "Edit" option, similar to "Share" or if you select "Share", it would allow them to also edit.

  12. Add partial cancelation field in pledges in custom reports. This will allow for a formula to get the true amount outstanding for a pledge in custom reports.

    I am aware the information is available in the pledge module. Unfortunately, the reports in the pledge module are not able to be linked to PowerBI or Google Looker Studio.

  13. When an interfund grant is processed the donation side of the transaction lists the name without the corresponding fund number when reporting. It would be helpful if the full name including the fund number displayed on reports.

  14. In Reports - Change "Label" field to "Mailing Label" to make it consistent with how it appears on the profile. "Label" is confusing and hard to find... like most fields in Reports :P

  15. Allow data from the item to be reported such as the fund name and not just from the profile payment. You can add multiple donations and invoices to a profile payment that are being put into funds other than the initial one entered on the profile payment. We utilize the information multiple times a day to create confirmation of correct information entry. We want to know when there are both donations and invoices on a profile payment. But knowing the different funds, when there are multiple donations is just as important.

  17. We need a way to run LYBUNTS for specific funds that doesn't take other fund donations into account. We have different fundraising goals and outreach for specific funds. There is not a way for us to pull a list of people who donated to 'Annual Fund' last year but not this year because when you run a LYBUNT and filter by Fund, IF the donor had made any other gift in the timeframe they do not show up. We had donors who made pledge payments to a special project but had not made their annual fund gift yet, get left…

  18. Would be great if uploading by profile ID allowed you to create reports beyond just a profiles report - why not expand to include that for any type of report where profile id is a filterable option.

  19. I'd like to create a report that will link the Internal Donations to their corresponding Internal Grant record. Ideally pulling based off the hyperlinked ID, but at a minimum pulling the destination/donating fund.

  20. We utilize a custom field to filter our expenses and vouchers by department. However, when creating reports or pulling a standard report from the system, this custom field is not included as a filtering option. It would be helpful to include custom fields in all reports that the system generates and not require additional steps to get the report to filter appropriately.

    At this time we do not plan on adding filters to default reports. Custom Fields are available in filters in custom reports and the list area of objects.
