  2. For donors who give to many orgs, it could take a lot of scrolling to get to the Grants listing under the Grantee Summary. It’d be great to have a jump link to skip from the top of the page to the top of the Grants listing.

  3. It would be great if pending grant requests showed up on the Grants tab, instead of the Recommend a Grant tab, where advisors often don't think to look for a pending grant.

  5. Campaigns with multiple ticket types/amounts are causing confusion to donors who cannot tie tickets to individuals. They can see a description if there is a charitable component (in the donation tab), but if it is a straight invoice (no charitable component), they are clueless on the ticket type. Our donors (for a golf tournament) would like to have immediate access through the portal instead of having to wait on ticket reports from staff. It would be helpful if the ticket type/name could be added to the description column in the invoice tab in the donor portal!

  6. It would be helpful to have donors acknowledge and confirm with a required checkbox before submitting a grant to confirm that the grant they are submitting is not to be used for Non-Eligible Grantees.

    Meaning grants cannot be made for memberships, fulfillment of legally binding pledges, tickets to events, or anything else that provides benefits to the fund holder.

    We have several donors that submit grant requests where this is unclear and we have to call and confirm. This checkbox would allow them to acknowledge and call us if any questions about the grant's intention come up.

  7. Please consider the term "Portal Access" rather than "Fund Advisor," as a great many individuals in the system have access to a fund portal but are not what we would consider a "fund advisor." They have no advising capability but can view tabs in the portal. The term "Portal Access" covers so many more situations and is much less confusing, even internally.

I just spoke to a donor who expressed their frustration with not being able to adjust their recurring donation after it is set up - it would be a great option to our recurring donors if they could easily change the date payments are drafted, donation amount, as well as the card being used. Is this already possible and I have somehow missed it? Thanks!

We would like the option to make modifications to the Donor Portal so during our Giving to Lincoln month, donors who are making grants to participating nonprofits from their donor advised fund can log in and select from the Grantees they've given to in the past, they can then select a check box that this is for Give to Lincoln Day. We could then add the NPOs that are participating in CSuite and this NPOs would pull over to the portal as participating NPOs for our giving day.

  10. Can the "Fund Advisor" section when viewing a fund be renamed to "Donor Portal" to more accurately reflect it's function? We have different levels of Fund Advisors. True advisors, statement recipients only, etc. Not everyone connected to a fund is a Fund Advisor which creates confusion within the system.

  11. It would be really helpful if there was a voucher refund feature, similar to a grant refund. Occasionally we have EFTs that bounce due to a data entry error, or incorrect account information provided by vendors. Currently, we have to record this as an invoice coded against the same expense account as the voucher, but this doesn't faithfully represent the nature of the transaction. An "invoice" shouldn't be issued in this situation, and it's less clear in reporting, whereas a voucher refund would make more sense.

Although the current fund advisor portal element of the C-Suite platform does offer fundholders the opportunity to make grant advisements, the process is not very engaging and the design appears to the user as more of a back-office accounting process, rather than an engaging user experience. This is resulting in limited use by fundholders, resulting in more manual processing in the advisement and accounting work required in approving the advisements and processing the grant payments.   16. It would be helpful to include the Fund Summary on the Home page of a Fund in the Fund Advisor Portal. This is especially important for advisors who may only log in quarterly or annually to make grant requests. While you're at it, show the fund's Image with the summary.

  17. No explanation needed. We really need this to look professional. I kill myself over looking good graphically and visually. I have an html/text transfer site open on my computer...for all your software does, this seems fairly high in importance.

  18. Some of our Funds are Fiscal Sponorships and we'd like to use the Fund Advisor Portal for them to submit vendor payment or reimbursement requests. At the moment, their only option is a grant distribution request and there is no way to copy or reclassify the grant w/o manually re-entering the info.
