Tribute donations messages
Sadly, my idea is in here, just archived - with over 50 votes no less!!
Come on guys, this makes sense and is a nice option for donors to see clearly and for those who receive the notices to get a personal note. Folks make notes, but there's no way for the ack recipients to get them (without us doing cutting and pasting...) Original post below. donor portal heading change
Have the heading in the fund advisor portal match the tabs they fall under. Currently you can change the name of the tabs, but the headings inside those tabs do not change. See screen shot. We changed voucher tab to invoice to better describe the content in there, but the heading in the portal stayed voucher.

donation page search
At the top of the donation portal page, it would be helpful to have a dropdown box listing the fund beneficiaries so donors can view only those funds linked to the entity they wish to support.

Fix donation page view on mobile phone
When viewing a fund on the donor portal on a mobile phone, the text is posted to the far right of the image, making the page look clunky and creating a large space between funds. Instead of paying an outside web designer to fix this, this should be fixed internally at Foundant.

Fund Advisor Portal: Ability to Sort the Fund Statements by Column Headings
The ability to sort fund statements on the portal was just implemented. It's better, but the static sort appears to be by the Publish Date. We sometimes publish an older statement after newer ones, so they still get out of sequence. Ideally we'd like the ability to sort statements by the displayed column headings. That would be much better.

canceled grant status
When a grant is canceled the status should say "canceled' not "paid" - this is very confusing especially for the fund advisors using the portal

Include Custom Fields in "Add Financial Filter".
Please add Custom Fields to the list of filters available for

Make "Grant Requests" Header Editable in Grant Catalog
Currently "Grant Requests" is hard coded as the header at the top of any grant catalog page and is unable to be removed or edited. We currently use the grant catalog to accept and track donations to grants and funds and do not use it to accept grant requests. It is confusing for donors to see “grant requests” as one of the most prominent things on the screen when that doesn't apply. It would be wonderful if this text could be removed or edited. Thanks for considering!

Recurring Donation - give donors option to end or change amount on portal
It would be nice if recurring donors could login or follow a link in their monthly receipt email that would allow them to edit or cancel their recurring donations instead of having to call our office to make any changes or stop their donations.

Remove Profile button from donor portal login page
The button for advisors to view their profile info is visible on the login page of the donor portal, which is confusing.

Files on the Fund Advisor portal should be able to be sorted in descending order
My donors would like to see the files in order of the most current date first.

Fund Advisor Portal: Profile Information Location Flexibility
The profile information link in the fund advisor portal is now located in the top left of the screen. We'd like to make it a tab, like the other sections, or have it on the top right of the screen. Location at the top right seems to align better with here people look for "My Account" or other similar profile information on other websites.

Portal Styling Support with Classes
To ease styling for new features like the recent change that allows Fund Advisors to change their profile contact information and to enable two-factor authentication, it would be helpful to have an identifying class of some sort within the code, or at the very least, a class added to the body or ftcontentcontainer div that tells us what page we're on (so that we can style things within that div differently than on other pages).

Login for Donors, without a fund.
Would be really helpful for donors, who do not have a fund, that give the foundation often had a login where they can access their giving history and tax receipts.

Nonprofit Directory: Keyword search for donors + more elegant appearance
We want the Nonprofit Directory to be an engaging tool to educate donors on our nonprofit partners and quickly connect them with an easy way to donate to them.
DONOR EXPERIENCE
* Allow donors to search by keyword to find non-profitsMore elegant look/feel than the simple link. An idea would be an experience more like the Grant catalog with ability to have a picture, overview of the non-profit, contact details including phone & email address.

Donor/Fund Advisor Portal: Grantee Search
It would be super nice if our Donor Portal fund advisors had the same, great search experience that we do in Community Suite. As it is now, they have to type the grantee name exactly for it to come up in the list. For example we'd like them to be able to type "Cancer" and all the grantees with that name appear for them to choose their favorite. Thanks for the consideration!

Grant refunds post to spendable option
Please create an option (like the donations checkbox) or change the functionality so grant refunds post back to spendable. Cancellations post back to spendable, but not refunds. They are essentially the same only one has a refund check to deposit to the bank.

Ability to Edit Grant Catalog Alert Message in Recommend A Grant tab
In the Donor Portal, from Recommend a Grant tab, there's a highlighted alert that reads: NOTE: There is an active grant catalog happening. You can give here.
Let's make this field editable so that folks who've changed the name of their Grant Catalog can offer consistent language for fund advisors.
